Just went through McDonald’s and the fries were cold so I asked to get fresh one they told me to move up to waitso they brought food out and when I got home they were the same fries they just threw them in the microwave. I am at McDonald’s at least once a week or more for my boy and never has it been this bad. So disappointed.

I ordered with the mobile app. The payment cleared and I had it listed as a prior order on the app. It didn’t provide a code like it normally does or offer check in. So I went through the drive thru to explain and the staff was extremely unhelpful and also rude. They tried to have me pay again when I had proof of purchase on my app. And I asked if there was someone to contact as the app didn’t have any info and they were like I don’t know and just kept repeating that they needed the code or can’t help me. Overall a terrible experience. I’ve never been genuinely irritated with someone in customer service before as that’s literally what I do for a living but this definitely did.
