If you truly want to enjoy your vacation, eat a Huge burger. You got to try Dog Haus. Their burgers are delicious and their buns are so soft the juice’s from the burgers soak with their secrets mayonnaise.

Visiting this area for the 1st time I felt like having a 8am gourmet hot dog and fries. I got the SOCali hot hot arugula avocado and crispy onion bits. Delicious! I wish I was staying to try the rest of their offerings.

It seems like the place is doing some cost cutting lately. I’ve noticed more cheese sauce on their menu. They replace the mozzarella cheese with cheese sauce on the Fonz. The stronger cheese sauce clashes with the Italian sausage. This sandwich requires a more milder Italian cheese. Also they did away with the make a combo deal. If now pay full price for when adding a drinks and fries/tots.

Decent place for some hotdogs. They also have bratwursts and hamburgers. The serving size was regular hotdogs size, so I had to order 2. It looks like the prices have gone up as well. The seating wasn’t that great. I was there when the sun was setting, so there was a place in the restaurant that unbearably to seat at.

Got to try this place out and I will say the food and service were great! Shared a burger, chicken tenders, onion rings, and fries… soooooo good (especially the holy aioli!) The staff was so helpful in making selections and were really great! The ONLY REASON I’m going with 3 stars is because of how uncomfortable we felt. Not sure if the AC was just out that day but it was TERRIBLE. It’s summer in West Covina so it was likely over 100 degrees in there. It felt cooler outside than inside. I did tell the staff and they apologized but didn’t turn the AC on. We ended up having to take our food to go which is a bummer because we were looking forward to hanging out and enjoying a few beers but couldn’t.

Food is good but worse customer service ever. Placed a online order 25min ahead of time to avoid waiting. As I got there I gave the manger my name and he said they were working on it. I kept seeing people come and go and nothing 45min passed and I checked back at the counter and the manager asked for my name again and I reminded him that he had said he was working on it, he checked with the cooks and nobody knew nothing about my order turns out it was still in the system and they never made it. He still had the audacity to ask if I wanted to wait they will make it real quick. After 1hr and 30min got my food and he didn’t even apologize he hid in the back. While I was there 2 people brought back food for burnt tater tots and for putting he wrong cheese on a burger. Won’t be going back to this location.

It was my first time here so I kept it simple. I got a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was juicy, made to order, and freshly delicious. The fries were ehh. The food was good, but $20 for a cheeseburger, fries, and a small drink is just too expensive for me. It felt like a fast food place with restaurant prices.
