Management experience. Came at switch over and GM was socializing while I was waiting for help. Seemed busy talking to female staff and preparing to leave with first shift. Store was a disaster from morning shift. Spoke to a young man who was going through MORNING check list even though they said they had just arrived. Main thing is; I waited 15 minutes to get my two meals and watched both sandwiches get put into a microwave. Things were in disarray and it effected the service. Seemed like night shift is put out on the younger workers instead of experienced on both. If you want an easy job, apply for mornings at this location.

We go to several different jacks restaurants. The one in alabaster Helena and Lorna road. The people are ALWAYS RUDE!!! food is good but service is terrible!!!! We spend at least 50-100 a week at jacks. It’s a bit of a disappointment when they know who you are and we always order the same meals but service is always rude! I will say Ethan who brought out food out to us because we had to wait was very nice and respectful at the alabaster location.

I came through the drive thru around 7pm. They forgot my Pub loaded fries, so I had to drive back around. After getting home, I noticed 2 out of 3 of the chicken fingers were hard as a rock. This means they were either over cooked or left sitting in the warmer for WAY too long. I was worried about receiving rock hard chicken tenders because this has happened before at another location. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location or any other Jack’s location for a while.

My wife and I use this Jack’s frequently. Yesterday we went in and we were served by Zach. He had a great attitude, didn’t mind answering questions and was overall what you want as someone serving you. Not only Zach but the manager was super sweet. She remembered us as well. She has helped us many times and has always been super nice about it. Overall it was a very great experience! My wife and I both have years in customer service so when we experience great customer service we take it to heart! Thank you to Zach and the whole team!! We can’t wait to come see yall again!

My food has always been an appropriate temperature, however my service here is always laughable. At the drive thru, I’m always asked to pull forward and wait near the door. I understand that th staff are trying their best to keep ‘times’ down, but I’ve been asked to pull forward when no one was behind me, and all I ordered was a drink. Again, laughable.

This Jack’s is a popular place in the morning as well it should. Food is served hot and plentiful, tasty as well. The staff is friendly, courteous and quick. Prices are good for a lot of breakfast. If you’re near Alabaster and want breakfast stop in, you won’t be sorry.

We love jacks but it never matters how many times u ask4 extra sauce later don’t put it on any or they just put it on the top one thinking you won’t check but one I’ll start telling them just give me a little cup of extra sauce cuz you’re not going to put it on there but I love there food n it’s quick n can’t beat the prices.
