I almost hesitate to say it but, I have never been disappointed with any Papa Murphey experience. Obviously for a take and bake pizza place ambience is not high on the list of expectations but what I do enjoy is the consistency of every aspect of the PM operations. The Hazel Green Al. facility is always nice and clean each outing. They offer timely courteous service, ample fresh ingredients and a delicious end result all at an affordable price. The finished product is always a satisfying end to even the hardest of days. Now I wll knock wood. I hope my opinion never changes.

I am so glad to finally get to check this place out. Definitely regret not going sooner. Got the pan pizzas, and man the crusts, and toppings were great. They got so crispy on the bottom. The staff were friendly, and the amount of toppings you get are perfect.

For the same price I can have a pizza, already cooked and delivered to my house…I don’t even have to put on pants. That being said, I have not been here (nor do I have any plans to go here) thus it gets my standard 3 star review. It is Schrödinger’s pizza it is both good and bad until such time as you try it if you want to get take out food that you have to cook then go for it. For me it defeats the reason we order pizza in the first place.

My husband and I tried to order pickup online from this location but was told by the employees that it’s not connecting. He waited at the counter for 5 minutes because all of the employees were in the back listening to Disney songs and singing along to “A Whole New World”. He basically had to shout for someone to come and help him. By the time the employees came to the front to help him, there was a line and people were starting to leave because of the wait. Also the female manager that was in charge of the cash register would leave to go to the back of the store after putting in the order. The employees would have to tell her that there were more customers to ring up. We’ve normally had great experiences at this location but tonight was a huge disappointment.
