The food is always excellent here and it comes in a timely manner! Prices are very decent and the pizza slices are huge. The majority of the staff are always friendly, but they could do a better job with refilling drinks. I’d highly recommend this place.

Most of our table got different pizzas from what they ordered. I asked for a meat pizza with bell peppers, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Got this- no bell peppers, no mushrooms- extra extra jalapeño peppers. It took so long to get it we just tried to eat it. Now off to Walmart for some pepto!

We discovered this restaurant on a road trip by accident, but we are glad we did! While looking for a different place that turned out to be a take-out only joint, we passed Johnny Brusco’s while driving through the cute (and bustling) downtown area. We went in, were seated quickly, and waited on immediately, which was impressive with the packed house they had on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a pepperoni calzone and two 2-slice lunch specials with waters all around for under $30, including tip. It was clean, the wait staff was happy, and the restrooms were in perfect order. Our one complaint is that it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. It was a chilly Spring day, but the air conditioner was on full blast…so much so that we went out to the car and got a blanket and coats out of our travel bags! I would weather a parka for that kind of service and food, but we can’t be the only ones who found the temperature to be way out of whack. Thanks for a great lunch!

The pizza here was phenomenal! Just one slice of pizza is huge. I was not able to eat it all. I also got the calzone and other was great. My son gat the kids meal of chicken wings and he drank the ranch. That’s a high complement from a two year old. The service was great. Our waitress was super sweet and kept coming back to make sure we had everything.

Me and my girlfriend had a date night tonight and decided to go here. Emma was our waitress. She had a lot of tables, but still checked on us and made sure we were doing good and had whatever we asked for. Wes the manager was also coming by and making sure everything was satisfactory. The food was amazing and the staff was doing a great job. If you’re ever in the area, I recommend you give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed

Wonderful atmosphere! The staff is friendly without being bothersome. The food—-WOW! SO DELICIOUS and plated up so pretty! The prices are very reasonable. The servings are so generous that I had to get 2 “to go” boxes. I couldn’t finish the main course or desert I was so full! I HIGHLY recommend this Johnny Bruscoe’s to everyone in the Walker County & surrounding area.

Let me start by saying, I love Johnny brusco’s. Normally I love the food and the service. My family and I eat here a lot. Tonight was the exception. The pizza I ordered was supposed to be a large….it was not. It was misshapen and it wasn’t cut. I’m honestly just disappointed. I expected better.
