Family owned pizza join right in the heart of VCU’s Monroe Park campus. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and reasonably priced for a fire roasted personal pan pizza. The place provides drinks as well as being open late. Vegan and vegetarian options are offered.

Wanted to try Rick’s Pizza for a long time and got a chance to do. Ordered chicken with veggies, bummed to know curry sauce wasn’t available. Didn’t realize it was only 6 toppings , went on woth a mind set that I saw earlier that any toppings. Still pizza was good, over paid for more toppings. Would try again if curry sauce is available

Rick’s is the best value pizza in RVA, period. For a solid $7.95 you get a 12 inch pie with Unlimited toppings (which are all prepped fresh). Not only that, they have pizza making down to a science. You can walk in and go from a fresh pulled doughball to ripping-hot pizza in 6 minutes flat. Service is always fast and friendly, even writing a special thank you on every pizza box. Rick’s is even open until midnight on weeknights. RVA has quite a few pizza places but Rick’s is one that you need to try, your taste buds will thank you.

Probably my favorite pizza place in town. Food is made quickly, and it is very delicious. The way it works is very similar to a Subway but for pizza. You choose a sauce and then pick toppings. A personal pizza is around 8 dollars and you certainly get great value for your dollar at this restaurant.

Decent pizza. Good crust but somewhat sweet tomato sauce and bland tasting cheese. This pizza’s strenths are (1) good price, and (2) great range of toppings, and multiple toppings *included* in the cost of a standard pie. Glad they offer a vegan pizza, I will try it with a vegan I know. Worth trying, if you are on the fence.

i’ve had pizza from rick’s a few times and it’s amazing. definitely the best pizza i’ve ever had. the price is good, and you can get multiple toppings for no additional cost. and they have vegan options!! way better than the chain restaurants.

Rick’s is my favorite pizza spot in RVA! It’s a fantastic deal getting 6 toppings of your choice on a good sized, freshly made pizza for less than $10! It’s a small-local business with the best staff; they are always friendly and cracking jokes with customers. Rick’s also offered vegan and vegetarian inclusive options. It’s hard to find a better deal than Rick’s!
