The woman barely spoke English and couldn’t communicate with us first off. Second the fried chicken was overcooked and with no seasoning or even bread crumbs it was just fried chicken legs and the prices were super high. For four wings it’s 8 dollars! Also the French fries were undercooked and bland just fat undercooked fries. I’m sorry for being so blunt but I cannot believe they have any return business at all. I will not be back even if the food is free. Good luck if you take a chance. And if you zoom into the picture you can see what they call a salad with tomatoes that aren’t even ripe. Everything was bad except the chicken strips which are frozen not even made to order. I don’t feel they should be able to be called wing mania.

My first time here and they was polite however I never in my life saw jerk chicken not grilled and not chopped up fine. This chicken is blend, dry not grilled and 2 over size potions. Ms Carmen delivered my food pretty quickly on a rainy afternoon. It was hot and delicious, those wings are amazing. Since moving from Atlanta, it’s rare getting good lemon pepper wings in Miami. Great meal on a wet and lazy afternoon.

Terrible service and unimpressive food. I just wanted a quick garden salad to complement some leftovers I had at home. I ordered a salad that supposedly had mixed greens. After 40 minutes, I finally was given a bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, some sliced onion, and cheap grated cheese. It was a mediocre salad at best, without a bit of mixed greens. I should’ve gone to Wendy’s.

I walked in and was greeted by ( I think her name was Melinda) she was amazing took my order and was so patient. She even gave me to taste 2 sauce that I’ve never tasted before. After several minutes some guy ANTONIO walked from the back of the restaurant and immediately was in a bad mood. He started cursing and yelling at Melinda telling her why was she taking so long for 12 wings. I observed how he answered 2 phone calls and literally was rude to the people on the phone saying there was no sauce nor was there seafood 30 minutes before closing. He went back to “help” Melinda and the whole time I kept hearing curse words come out of his mouth. As a retail store Manager is expect every employee to be treated respectfully. I hope this guy gets fired. I’ll be calling the Store Manager Tommorow morning so that he can review cameras. This guy needs to go!!
