This place is pretty reliable on getting your pizza out on time and I personally have never had a huge problem with this establishment in regards to timeliness and efficiency. I don’t personally like to order delivery because the pizza is never quite as hot as when i just pick it up myself so theres that. Also this is NOT a dine in restaurant so don’t plan on setting up camp and getting comfy 🙂

I received my delivery over half an hour after the already 65 minute wait. We ordered the family special, one specialty, one two topping. The two topping was fine, but the specialty was completely raw past the crust. I called and spoke with a manager named Alise or Elise. She kept trying to get out of sending us another pizza tonight, stating it would take another 30 or stating multiple times we could get a free one later. After convincing her it would be needed tonight, I called back two minutes later to cancel the whole thing because that exchange left me completely frazzled. I told her to cancel it, she explained that her GM will refund me tomorrow, and then hung up on me while I was asking what time I needed to contact them.

I picked up my order at the store and the staff was extremely nice so I tipped accordingly. The young person behind the counter was very professional and smiled which made for an excellent transaction. I did not get her name but she should be commended for her professionalism. Papa John’s is not my favorite but if this is what I can expect when I pick up, I may have to order more often.

DoorDash delivered a pizza from this store and when I opened the box, it had thin ans crispy crust. I always order the pan crust. I called your store and the young lady said, “I didn’t make any thin and crispy today” and hung up. I called a different location and they pulled up my address and the pizza came from the Tezel Rd location. I just want my pizza with regular crust! I have always had excellent service from you until today.☹️

Do not order from papa johns! They are answering calls through call centers in which these non English speaking workers are getting information on customers AND orders wrong. I was told 35 to 45 min only to find out 1hr and 30min later that the pizza was just sitting on a shelf waiting to be delivered. When I called back not only was the pizza just sitting there they had the incorrect address as well. I will no longer order from any Papa Johns place and I strongly recommend you don’t until their operations are corrected!

I love the pizza…but, employees not masked, no gloves on when making pizza (I watched). Just because the employees don’t have to mask, they don’t know if they are spreading a virus or contracting one. No gloves when handling my pizza made me nervous.
