Let’s start off with the wait, it was a long wait .. Anyways I ordered a 3 piece combo with side and mango lemonade On the screen it read my order . My 3 pieces of meat on the screen was wing, leg , and thigh. When I got home it was a breast instead of a leg . The chicken was salty I could not even finish it . The only thing that was good was the Mango lemonade. I will not be returning to this specific Popeyes.

I’m visiting from out-of-town and this is my second time to this particular location. I did not have an unpleasant experience the first time, but not a pleasant one either due to the long wait and apparent confusion with the orders (mine and other people’s).

Without a doubt one of the worst managed restaurants I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow and rude, the workers seem more interested in screwing around than actually doing their job, always seems to take around 30 minutes to finish an order all the while the employees just give you a slack jawed stare like you just asked them to do an impossible and then turn around and start calling you names like you can’t hear it. I sincerely hope this location closes to save anyone else from making the mistake of going here.

Slow drive thru. Was giving them the benefit of the doubt through these reviews. I ordered a mobile order and wanted to pick up through the drive thru. There was a long line that I waited through. When I finally got the the screen I told them I had an order that I placed through the mobile app. They then told me I had to pick up in store… I was blocked so I had to wait till the person in front of me to get their order. I had been waiting for a while. I then went in the store. There was no sign of a line inside. As I get to the counter they then let someone else get in front of me. Which okay fine. Maybe the other customer was in front. Later on I tell the worker I had a mobile. It was on the counter the whole time. Tell me how hard would it have been to grab the bag from the counter and through the drive through window. Not a lot of effort or a big problem. I got the food only to realize they also forgot the drink. Service is awful. This Popeyes needs to shut down. Too unorthodox to even function properly. IF I COULD GIVE IT LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD!!

Nice people and great Popeye experience. Like all big chains you know what you are going to get when you go there. But even within big chains there are exceptional restaurants. The ones that make the food look and taste like you expect from the commercials. This is one of those restaurants. I think it’s the best one in the area! Yummy! Will return! love the fish sandwich.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Service has been terrible every time we come. Nothing less than a 45 minute wait time for spicy tenders every time, and limited drink options. They fail to be prepared for anything nearly any day of the week. Staff has poor moral, showing obviously that they don’t wanna work here. I question why this establishment is still even in business. The notorious Popeyes name is the only thing saving this place.

Placed a mobil order at 5:30. Got to the store at 5:45. Waited in drive through line and got to the window at 6:10 only to be told it would be 10 min. for spicy chicken which is what I ordered. I asked if there was spicy chicken when I placed my irder at 5:30 and they told me they were told not to make any mobile orders until they show up, ir they have to throw away food. What does it matter, you got the money for the order anyeay? While waiting in line there were 3 employees out front smoking and on the phone while the parking lot and drive thru is full. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my order.received my order and went home. The chicken was classic not spicy like I ordered. And they forgot the extra biscuits I ordered. Looking at the reviews I have to agree they do not care and do not prepare for their busy periods.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but if chicken is all you make it should be easy to have it ready. I gave the drive thru person an order of like 6 items which they took, gave me a total and I pulled ahead. I get to the window, pay for the order, the lady hands me a bag with 1 of thec4 items I ordered and said have a good day, I said I’m missing 3 of the 4 things I ordered and after looking at the receipt I guess..she said we don’t have those things. Ummm, so you let me pay for things that aren’t available and almost drive off and did it with a straight face?. Lol, cmon Popeyes, you sell chicken and sides…it can’t be that hard.

Three times and my last. Especially when I point out that They represent Popeyes! Poor attitude, blames other shift for the mistakes on my previous orders, not one was apologetic for the long wait and one female called out to her boss “You better do something about her” talking about me and to me as I was in the wrong. Waited more than 20 mins for my food after getting to the window. Burnt the popcorn shrimp, no gravy on the potatoes, no urgency or pride in their job. The biscuits I thought would be delicious just out of the oven but they tasted soured or spoiled. I had to go inside after parking to make sure I received the right sauces & honey. There was a contractor up on the ladder by the fryers fixing something while the the food was being cook. What’s up with your service Popeyes????

Love showing up to try and pick up food from the dining area which is supposed to be open until 10pm and the doors are locked and lobby is shut down at 9:30pm. Drive through takes a half hour or more to get food. Foods decent.
