This place is great. The atmosphere is nice. They have real New Orleans food, and it tastes great. I ordered Creole Jambalaya(GF) and it was good. It was spicy but good. The size of the portion is so big that you can share it with another person easily. My friends and I were sitting at the bar and the barman was nice, he took care of everyone at the bar. The cocktails were tasty like in New Orleans.

Overall 4 stars- the staff and the atmosphere was fantastic but the food was just okay. The drinks were good but my food was just okay. My partner got the gumbo and that was good but the burger and the fried oyster po’boy was just alright.

It was one of the first places I tried on my Boston trip. I’m from Louisiana and I must say it was a great experience. The food was the right kinda Louisiana spice and the server Matthew was the best. He made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come back.

I’m not sure if it was the chef that day or what? The presentation was nice, the food I had was mediocre at best the jambalaya I had was too wet too tangy. It did not taste like it was cooked in shrimp stock. Not a good consistency. Not enough salt. The spices and flavors were not quite there. Red beans and rice had little to no smoke flavor to them. It didn’t taste authentic at all. I could barely taste the bell peppers, the onions, etc definitely overpriced (in the sense of not being worth the money)

This cajun New Orleans themed restaurant is smack in the middle of the theater district and is fairly unassuming from the outside despite it’s over the top decor.

The food was quite tasty. Got gumbo, jambalaya, cornbread, and the chicken sandwich and enjoyed all of it. The beignets were nice too, a little more dense than what I’d expect but they were good. A solid spot for New Orleans food.

I had the jambalaya, catfish and fried okra. If you looking for something like New Orleans. I do recommend this place. Service was great also.

Had their crawfish etouffé and it was incredible! Subtle spice level but a great depth of for favour, so many crawfish were in it too. I got a piece of cornbread to help soak up my dish and I wish I got another to take home because their butter is amazing!!

Fish and chips was a delicious meal. It perfectly fried and melted in our mouth. Their tartar sauce pairs well with the cod. Drinks are made with lots of love and creativity. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our meal. Next time we are leaving room for the Banana bread.

The food was so good I didn’t make time to document it. All their proteins are shipped from the gulf. We had two Texans and one from Louisiana in our party. All agreed it shows in the crawfish and shrimp. Only room for improvement I found was desserts had more to be desired. Top dish of the table was the hot chicken sandwich. That’s absolutely what I’ll get next time. Shout out is in order to our incredible waiter, Matt. His service skills and honest recommendations really made the night. If management sees this, give him a raise.
