They should be ashamed of themselves. Burnt my sandwich. Then when I called up and asked for a manager the young lady put me on hold and came back to say she was a manager so I explained that my sandwich was burnt she proceeded to tell me she would write my name and information down for the morning manager. I run a high volume restaurant and would never allow food to come out like this. Nor would I allow my employees to talk to customers in such a manner.

They are very slow. From taking your order, to making it. They’ll take a bunch of orders at once. Then start making them. Sadly they usually start with the last 1, then go to the 1st. So you will wait there forever. They are also very rude, & always rush through taking your order. Often we get our order wrong, and the coffee often tastes old and of bad quality

Love this Dunkin! Their service is wonderful, the employees are so nice, and I always get my order quickly and in great quality. I go here at least 4-5 times a week and they almost never disappoint. The stuffed biscuit bites were insanely good, I even convinced my friend Cody to give it a shot since he didn’t believe me!

This Dunkin was DIRTY. Dried icing from a donut or what’s treat was all on the seats. The tables were dirty and so was the floor. Also, the food was just okay. We ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich… The bread was NOT toasted and they were stingy with the bacon. The croissant sandwich was underwhelming as well, I mean the cheese was just slapped on there NOT even melted.. SMH. It was only 10am on a Sunday and NOT busy so no reason for such a horrible presentation of food.

Unfortunately, it was really weak because the Boston cream one was my favorite but they gave me the old one instead of letting me know that ‘they don’t have fresh doughnuts’. I will try other places of Dunkin’ next time I want to have Boston Cream doughnut.
