Terrible this is the 4th time going and every experience has been awful. The drive thru guy was very rude and my bowl was half empty. I asked for extra lettuce as I always get a veggie bowl and they clearly didn’t care about my order.

Seems like every time I visit they are out of food. Vegetables or meat or lettuce always something. They wait till completely out before cooking more products. My most recent visit they had empty trays of three meats. Chicken and barbaco and soy meat. Plus the steak didn’t have enough to fill a serving. They also were out of vegetables. I like their food but this location sucks!!!

Love the food but you need to fix the “quick pickup” system. I’m in my car writing this review, stuck waiting for over 50 minutes. Your phone to your restaurant doesn’t go to employees so if you’re in the “quick pickup” line you’re literally stuck at due to the incompetence or understaffed business.

4 for 4 horrible. Waited 5-10 minutes to be helped. Small portion of food compared to normal chipotle’s. Food look warm, didn’t melt the cheese.. no ice. 6 employees working.. will never be back. People getting the food have got sick. I’d stay away.

I was so excited to have chipotle here in Roseburg as I knew everyone else would be in this little town. First month….tried three times to get food and waited at least 40 mins before driving off. I gave that a free pass as it is a brand new chain restaurant in a small town. Got food today and it is the worst experience ever. My food was not hot by any means. The server that served me did not greet me, took forever to even start my order and sloped everything together and in my opinion did not give me fair rations for what I paid for. I ordered a side of chips and they were completely stale. Super disappointed for a good restaurant chain to open up and it completely disappoints. My recommendation is to go to Tinos Tacos or the Tacos cart across the street in front of staples if you want good food and great service.

Ok so usually I don’t come here often but when I came here for the first time, I ordered a pork bowl with lettuce, pork obviously, rice and cheese, it was amazingly good!!! Even tho it took us like 15 minutes to order our food it was worth the wait.I’d definitely go back there and order just that! Keep it up guys!!!

This is the single worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Expensive burrito was tiny (frozen burrito size) had hardly any meat or beans and mostly rice. They rarely get an order correct. My friends bowl was missing most the ingredients she chose.
