Recently had breakfast here and sadly the service and food were not as good as past times. We were quickly seated and our drink and food orders were taken; however, that was the last we saw of our server until she brought us the check. I got an Alpine White mocha drink that was pretty good (considering I don’t usually drink anything coffee). We ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette adding ham, a blueberry pancake, and a 1/2 order of the veggie hashbrowns. The omelette had no seasoning and the spinach was either cooked wrong or they use canned spinach. The pancake was good, but had a slightly old oil taste. The best part of all the food was the “cottage fries” aka skillet potatoes. I was hoping to get some ketchup, but since we never had anyone ask us how the food was we never got a chance to comment let alone ask for anything. With several other (better) coffee/breakfast places nearby, we will most likely dine elsewhere.

The staff here is so on top of everything, and the food and drinks were fantastic. I had the Mud St Magic alcoholic coffee and it really hit the spot, as well as the GIANT blueberry pancake! He had the breakfast burrito, which did lack salt unfortunately, but everything else was very endearing and overall made for a wonderful experience! Love the system for grabbing your own coffee as well!

We really enjoyed our visit here! The service was great, even though it’s in a super tight place, the servers were on top of cleaning tables quickly and getting food out at a good pace! Our food tasted amazing and was so much we couldn’t finish the chips! We went with the Avocado & Cheese Croissant and the Bacon Cheeseburger. The vibe in here is amazing! Looking through the glass floor to see the spring flowing several feet below you is indescribable! We will come back when we visit again!

The Chai latte was great and the almond joy mocha is a must have!! Great friendly staff and nice clean restaurant. Highly recommend!! Oh and a complimentary strawberry muffin that was to small for them to sell so they gave it to my wife and she said it was amazing.

This quaint cafe has friendly staff, a real espresso machine (for the coffee buffs!), and great quality breakfast. Great atmosphere! I had the cappuccino and a mud street breakfast, and my husband had the blueberry pancake. We will definitely be back.

We really loved the laid back atmosphere of this place. The spring running under the floor to see and the art piece above it was just so cool. We ordered light just a few muffins, and other little share plates. Everything was really good. Loved the self serve coffee. The wait staff was really friendly and helpful.
