Had what I went in for. Was a busy day for them so there was a bit of a line to wait in when checking out. New cashier as well so it took longer than usual once it was my turn but it happens so I won’t actually complain about it. All in all it was an alright stop that day.

This caseys is filthy any time I have gone, the fresh food has been sitting out for quite a while or there is none. Tonight I went in and the lady behind the counter was sitting in the back, shoveling pizza in her mouth, without any socks or shoes on… you guys serve food, that’s gross. And then she was rude during the transaction. Please make your people wear socks and shoes!!

I ordered delivery from here and didn’t see an option for taco sauce online. After placing my order, I called in and asked “I just placed a delivery order and couldn’t find an option to add taco sauce. Could you please add a couple packets to the box?” The lady was very rude and seemed to have no idea their store even did delivery. She told me the store absolutely does not do delivery so she has nothing to do with that. After some argument, she went to check for the order, it appeared and said Doordash and she ridiculed me for paying doordash fees saying things like “It says added doordash fees. I don’t know why you would pay for that.” But I ordered through the Casey’s app??? The call ended with me saying “I never had a question about the delivery. I just wanted some taco sauce.” The woman said “ok we can do that for you.” And hung up the call. The order just arrived and guess what…? No taco sauce lol. Bad morning I guess.

Ray, is the girl that helped me when I called in was an order that I did online that wasn’t right. Not only did she give me one but two of the things that were mistaken. Her customer service and concern with correcting their mistake holy cow amazing! I have never ever had customer service the way that I got in this store today. I thank you so much! I am a district trainer for retail merchandising company so I completely understand mistakes happen we are human it is not your fault it’s not mine it’s a mistake people don’t understand that I get it. This is consistently the worst Casey’s I have ever been to. The floor is usually dirty, they run out of drinks on tap VERY often. The thing that made me decide to write a review was last week when I went in to get Diet Coke and they didn’t have any medium cups available. I asked for help, I was told “You need to check in the cabinet underneath the dispenser.” Customers are responsible for stocking the supplies? I have tried to order pizza online several times and have NEVER had the call answered. So, I will continue to drive to the Stange store, where I can get help, walk on a clean floor and not have to stock the supplies. It is worth the extra miles.

Ordered a taco pizza, came without lettuce, refried beans, cheddar cheese and taco sauce. Called to inform them and ask if anything could be done. Was told that they ran out of lettuce which is why it wasn’t on the pizza and the sauce packets were simply forgotten (along with the other ingredients) Was also told there was nothing they could do.

Icee/Slushy machine is out of order. I came in for the $0.89 frozen drink and left empty handed. It was operational a week or so ago. A few weeks before that, it was off and noone in the store knew how to operate it.
