First time eating here, and to say the least, it completely changed my life. Had no idea how fantastic and flavorful the food here was. I’m sad I’ve missed out for so long and am just not finding out about this place. This is 100% a new regular spot for me. The food could not possibly have been better tasting or better quality, and the staff were wonderful, and service was fantastic. Felt like family even though it was my first time. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is a true gem! It’s a must eat In Anchorage! Owner/server is super sweet guy from Hawaii, so you bet, it’s authentic. We tried the sampler, dumplings and poke and it was more then enough for my family of 5. The sampler came with delicious sauces, rice and macaroni salad (first time I tried it). Huge portion!

This place’s looks were deceiving and we were hesitant. But the food was absolutely incredible and the staff was so friendly they made us feel at home. The rice was my favorite white rice i’ve ever had. I don’t usually like macaroni salad but there’s was fantastic. And the grilled pulehu chicken was really good too. Cooked to perfection. Also got a lot of food for cheap, and that was just the mini size of an entree. Not to mention how the staff accommodated our very large party really well and was very nice to us. They gave the kids in our parties some gifts like a free drink and candy which was really nice. We asked about the shirts and they didn’t have any available but gave us a complimentary water bottle. They were just all around friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just might not wanna be caught hanging around this neighborhood for extended periods of time after dark.

I had dinner here with my 2 kids. It was open seating and we could seat ourselves anywhere. There was a sign that said, “No mask no service”. I don’t think it was being enforced because the server wasn’t wearing one. We wore masks and took them off when we got our drinks. There was only 1 employee working in the front and one person cooking in the back. Only 2 people running everything.

Came here for a late lunch, and loved everything we ordered. The poke appetizer was excellent. Spam musubi was tasty, too. We also had the kalua pork, pulehu chicken, and kalbi ribs by ordering the mega plate. Great prices and great food!!!
