Horrible experience. I have made mobile orders here before and got them through the drive through. Pulled up to the speaker tonight (no cars in front of me), stated I had a mobile orderand get yelled at through the speaker and then again when I got to the window. VERY rude. VERY unprofessional. 100% will NOT be ordering from here again. I choose the drive through because I can’t lug 3 car seats/kids in and carry food at the same time. Highly disappointed about getting yelled at.

Order came up quickly… which in hindsight wasn’t a good thing. Hubby ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 sides and a drink. I ordered a 3 piece strip meal, which included a side and drink.

Absolutely never again! I’ve been to this location 4 different times thinking the next visit would be better. Each time the chicken was very much overcooked or been sitting for hours. The last visit the food was handed to me upside in the drive through.. Its a shame because this location is very close to me. If you want KFC I’d recommend driving a little further to the location on Wilder RD.

I will never be going to this KFC ever again. It was so nasty and dirty inside. && the guys that we’re handling Peoples food weren’t using sterile utensils they were using gloves and touching everything near them, including the chicken . on top of that they looked like dirty people.

Extremely small portions on the bowl meals. Chicken did not look like chicken, more of an oil taste. Mac N Cheese was dry as a bone. Chicken is stale and rubbery. If I could give this a 0 star I would.
