Conveniently located in the grand hotel, however a better stop just for drinks, the food was just ok, and there is no kids menu. Orange crush drink was delicious and fresh. Staff was pleasant.

While the space has potential to be a decent bar and grill, the place and the staff is worn out. The servers got no tip from me. I typically over tip, so to have left no tip 2 things had to happen: 1 the staff would need to be enthusiastic to greet customers, especially those belonging to the hotel, the second was that food needed to be better than ok…

Epic Bar and Grill is a good place to grab a few drinks and chill. The menu is small (it’s bar food) but the food is honestly good. It’s convenient if you’re staying at the Grand Hotel. They are open late which is good considering it seems like everything closes early. They have a projector screen as a TV which is cool and karaoke nights.

Karaoke night on Friday was fun! Crowd was really nice and very diverse which was cool! Atmosphere is basically a dive bar with fun disco/club lights. Could be revamped but not terrible. Bartenders were really nice and prices were cheap compared to where we normally go out in our hometown. It’s also inside a hotel so bathrooms were clean and accessible.

Just in for drinks. Been here a few times over the past few years, and this is one of our spots every time we are in OC. Mushroom swiss burger is the best. But, I havent tried anything I didnt like. Very good drinks too… check out their happy hour and other specials! They also have karaoke. Just go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered shrimp po boy menu says lettuce tomato and tartar sauce, some kind of sweet chili sauce came out on the sandwich but not listed in the menu. Then ordered a Bahama momma the drink was not correct I’m a bartender so I know what it comes with. New sandwich came out with a bite out of the roll and then a roach crawled across our table. Asked for a manager but they are on break for 20 minutes so we had to deal with an argumentative bartender. We are on vacation and this by far is unacceptable. The roach was under our sons plate. The rude bartender did recognize the roach problem but will still very rude after the incident. I feel sick from eatting the little bit of food I did

Where to start. Food sucks. Price is outrageous too. My rockfish sandwich was the size of 2 mc nuggets and $20 lol. Tasted like dirty fish. Food took forever. Drinks took forever. It wasn’t very busy either. Definitely felt bad for the other folks coming in to eat.

Nice bar, better than I expected (the side of building signage is terrible). Big rectangle bar with ample tables, would fit a lot of people. A/C is cold, the beer is cold, the staff is very nice. The door that is right on 21st st is always locked, go closer to the boardwalk and up the stairs. Huge wall TV, dart board, apparently good food. Will be back
