A must stop for us as we pit stop in town for our mail, our monthly shop at Pubix, and get back on the road.

So I had the opportunity to try the stuffed crust and thin crust pizza. Got the five meat stuffed crust. First of all the stuffed crust is all the way throughout the whole pizza, so if you don’t like a lot extra dough don’t get it. After taking and baking it, it turned out very massive. Almost like a Chicago style but not Chicago style. Thick pizza is what I’m calling it. If they would add a crust flavor like hungry Howie’s, it would be next level. The thin pizza was very thing and crispy. Everything on it was very thin layered. Total opposite of the stuffed crust pizza. Overall it wasn’t a bad meal and better then most other frozen pizza. I know it’s not frozen but if I have to bake it at home, I’m putting it in the same category. Overall 6.9 Chaus

I ordered a chicken artichoke spinach pizza and it was the absolute best pizza. For the individual that wants to enjoy a lighter pizza it is definitely a must try. The associate working gave excellent service. Thank you for being so polite.

I have them another chance. I sent my kids in to pick up the pizza but I wish I would have checked it before leaving. I think they limit their pizza to like 4 slivers of cheese each. What a complete joke of a pizza…. The first few pictures are my pizza and the last one is the way it is advertised. When they say stuffed pizza, I guess it is stuffed with sauce, air, and hopes and dreams…

I haven’t had Papa Murphys in well over a decade and every place I have lived hadn’t had one. I had no idea what to eat for dinner and I pulled up into the Publix and lo and behold, a blast from the past was staring me right in the face. I walked in and the two employees came right out from the back and gave me a high five and asked how they could help me today. I was unsure of what I wanted and they gave me the rundown of every pizza combination imaginable. I ordered a chicken garlic pizza and they said would you like to upgrade from a medium to a large because it was the same price. VIP treatment. I took the large and as they prepared the pizza before my eyes, the employee was telling me all about the fresh ingredients. She said, “I’m pairing our fresh dough with our creamy garlic sauce and I’ll be topping it with a delicious mozzarella, rotisserie chicken, and our garden ripe vegetables.” I started to hit the griddy and the other employee was hyping me up. With pizza in hand, I stepped out of the door and found $5. Thank you Daddy Murphy’s . Semper Fi.

It’s just an average pizza chain, but I love the quality of the pizza that I get for the price. Most chains don’t have a great selection of vegetable topping, but Papa Murphy’s definitely does.

Never had a complaint about the service or the quality of the pizza until now. I do believe they have changed the dough that they use. It is now awful. I always order thin crust this was not edible. And yes we know how to cook. We may give them another chance or not.

we phoned in our order for a large take and bake pizza and the gentleman that answered was somewhat rude and condescending, like we interrupted something he was doing. he reluctantly took our order but before giving us the total and other pertanent info, he simply handed the phone to another employee, TELLING the other employee that she NEEDED to handle “this”. she read us back our order, which was correct, gave us the total and time it would be ready to pick up. when we arrived to get the pizza, the was 2 employees in the store, one man and one woman. the woman was making the pizzas and the gentleman was helping the one customer ahead of me. after she paid and walked away from the register, the gentleman at the register, looked at me and then turned and walked away, disappearing into the back for about 5 minutes. the woman making the pizzas apologized to me and said she would be right with me. I asked her to keep doing what she was doing and I was not in any rush. it was obvious that this happened more than once. when he returned, he asked if he could help me, I told him I was there to pick up a phoned in order and gave home my name. he walked, rather slowly, over to the rack where the woman was working and looked at the names on the pizzas in the rack. then walked back, rather slowly, over to the cash register and called my name out to the woman making the pizzas, telling her to bring my pizza to him. both she and I looked at him in awe, and she asked him, “what do you need?”, he replied, with an authoritative strong voice, with only the name the order was under. the woman employee was still confused, rightfully so, as he literally just had my pizza in his hands and left it there seconds ago. he called out my order name one more time, even louder again before he finally walked the 5 steps back to the rack and got the pizza himself, dragging his feet and taking his time, finally tossing it on the counter in front of me and giving me the total of the order like he was waiting for payment. I informed him I had already paid and showed him the receipt he just gave me. he said, “oh yeah”, turned and walked away. the woman employee, as hey as she was, took the time to make eye contact with me and cheerfully said, “have a great night, I hope you enjoy your pizza.”. I told her that she must have made it because it looked fantastic and that I hope her night got better. I don’t know how her night went, but she prepared the pizza very well, all the ingredients were evenly distributed and correct. she did an excellent job preparing the order. the gentleman employee was absolutely horrible and I feel for the woman employee and anyone else that has to work, or even just interact, with him. the pizza preparation gets 5 stars the customer service from the male employee is the reason why the 2 star rating.

Thos has always been my favorite pizza chain. I’m highly disappointed in the professionalism of this location. I normally frequent the Gulf Breeze location, but was in the area. I have never felt the burden of being a customer until I stopped in here. The fact that some of the staff are still employed here blows my mind. Absolutely rude and unwelcoming. Won’t entertain the thought of visiting this location again. Really rethinking ever entertaining this chain as a whole, considering they employ such foul mouthed negative beings, without any consequence. Get it together. One person can destroy an entire experience.
