Food was fantastic! We had the achiote chicken wings, steamed buns, short rib noodles and charred octopus. The buns and wings were perfectly cooked with just the right crunch and tenderness where it should be. This was the best cooked octopus I’ve ever had. It wasn’t chewy which is what I typically experience. It was so tender and had a good char, not completely burnt on the outside. The noodles were light and paired great with the short rib which both had a nice soy glaze to them.

Stopped by for lunch during the week. We were immediately seated with no wait. Had the Paloma and the house made ginger beer. The ginger beer was amazing! Will definitely get that next time. For starters we had the pot stickers, steamed buns, and the Teri chicken roll. The pot stickers were outstanding! They came with a spicy mustard that gave it another depth of flavor. The steamed buns were also great! We dipped the steam buns in the sauce from the bottom of the pot sticker dish, as well as the spicy mustard. For our mains we had the Botika Fried rice and the Spicy Eggplant noodles. The fried rice was good, but the eggplant noodles were AMAZING! We will definitely be back.

My sister and I visited here for the first time this past June. We were attracted to try it on a Friday night when we came by the Pearl Brewery district because it looked really trendy and well-dressed customers were dining there. However, it was really a facade. The food there was really terrible ! And it totally disappointed us because we wanted to try Peruvian food. Much to our dismay, they just slathered on a lot of sauce. We can’t really say there was much taste to our dishes. To make things worse, the food was pretty expensive for what was actually served to us .

Amazing flavors of Asian and Peruvian. Not only did the food taste really amazing, it was beautiful. My pork buns were fantastic. They had all the flavors, tangy, sweet, sour, salty, crunchy, soft, really- all of it. Delicious. The sushi roll was perfect. The veggies with goat cheese we dug into so fast, almost didn’t get a picture. There was nothing we didn’t enjoy.

I LOVE this place. After visiting Peru in 2019 I have been obsessed with the food and culture and can’t wait to go back. While living in Austin I found a Peruvian place that had awesome food and was hoping to find one in my new area as well. This place does the trick!!

This was my first time at this restaurant. I was very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. From the food to the decor I enjoyed my experience here. They have indoor and covered outdoor seating. The menu offers sushi and sashimi, but I saw a Burger ordered by another patron and it looked amazing. I ordered a drink from the bar, it was strong and delicious. While I was there, the head chef was getting interviewed by a magazine. Keep an eye out for him and this restaurant. It was great. Well worth my lunch money.

We came here for some cocktails and small bites. They have a fantastic menu with large entrees and small bites, all of which looked delicious. We started with a Paloma and Pisco Sour both of which were great. We then ordered the octopus, spicy tuna roll and tuna sashimi. I would definitely recommend the South American inspired octopus as it was tender with a crispy skin and paired well with the potatoes and salad. The service was quick and diligent. The ambiance was relaxing and would be great for a date night. Overall I’d love to come back here and try more of the menu. I would definitely recommend coming to Botika!

Came here on a whim, and boy did it not disappoint! Botika fried rice and the short rib noodles. SO full of flavor! The braised ribs fell apart and the pork loin was perfectly cooked! This months frozen drink was the pineapple margarita. Tasted like a spicy dole whip with a kick! Will definitely come back again. Hats off to the cook and our awesome waitress!

Interesting fusion of flavors here! Enjoyed the steamed buns, loved the empanadas, and really enjoyed the charred octopus. It was a generous portion of octopus and the accompanying potatoes and dried olives were tasty. My husband got the ribeye which was insanely huge. High prices match the portions (I’d actually prefer smaller portions for a lower price but oh well).
