I would give more stars if possible! I don’t remember the last time I went to a McDonald’s and got hot, fresh fries and burgers!!!! I travel all over the country and am constantly disappointed by the food and service I get at most McDonald’s. Today, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were my fries fresh and hot but so was my QP deluxe! Also, I was in and out in under 5 minutes even though the lobby was full!!!!!!! Keep up the great work!!

Its a McDonald’s so we know what to expect. I basically compare it to other McDonald’s for review. The service and atmosphere (cleanness) were above average and the nuggets and fries were really fresh. So a better than average McDonald’s in my opinion. Good job.

Employees arguing with customers, manager unable to keep crew from fighting with each other. After a 15 minute wait I asked for a refund and the manager argued with me because my food just came up. Also, the kitchen staff and even the manager didn’t understand why customers were asking the kitchen to change gloves after touching person in between food orders. Upper management needed and a health department inspection.

The front desk lady Joanne and the head manager(skinny lady with brown hair) they were extremely rude everyone else treated me with the upmost respect but those two definitely don’t need to be working costumer service if they’re going to jump down someone’s throat for no reason at all and then kick someone out I’ve done filled a complaint with corporate about this I feel singled out nobody should be treated like this they have lost service from me,my family and my friends until they get their act together

Had a mobile order, got to the intercom & they said they were “short-handed & and can’t fill orders”. Then, I presume that person just went outside with the rest of the crew that was hanging out with a car that pulled in right before me. 45 minutes later, while across the street at Taco Bell, they were able to return inside McDonald’s and resume filling orders for customers.
