Very rude employee.. I couldn’t hear what she was saying through the speaker that muffled her voice and was doing my best to guess what she was saying. She muttered under her breath and rudely exclaimed “oh my god” and I guess repeated her question. I was being polite the entire time… no need to get short with me, especially when service is your job and I am not being rude to you. It takes 2 seconds to repeat what you said and not a big deal.
