The small braised oxtail was so delicious, tender, and full of flavor. I also had the spicy beef patty and it was excellent. My mother in law had the curried chicken and the mild beef Patty and she enjoyed. She also had the pineapple ginger drink which was reviewed as amazing. Be warned there is a great bit of ginger flavor but she also loves ginger. Overall a great experience, quick and friendly service and large portions.

Ordered 250$ worth Uber eats, delivered to my hotel last night. If it wasn’t for the curry goat, I’d give one star. I’m 42years old and never have I had jerk chicken that wasn’t a lick of spicy, and bland in the middle. It tasted like somebody used one of them HEB Lowry Carribean Jerk marinades for only 30 min. I even had my 4 year old daughter eat it and she said it wasn’t even spicy at all. Come to think of it, one star.

I have eaten at this restaurant before. I initially gave a good review after an in person visit. I ordered an Uber eats order for $9 an received the order on the picture . 1 piece of a chicken thigh cut 3 times. I tried calling the restaurant to see if something could be rectified. NOTHING! The attitude was dismissive an terrible. I now understand the low rating.

Just left and wasn’t impressed with my food. The rice and peas was burned, smelled burnt and tasted terrible! I told both girls…nothing was provided me to substitute it since they were out of white rice. I wasn’t offered anything else another side or a patty…terrible customer service.This is the second time I came here and was unsatisfied with the quality of food and service provided. I won’t be back! I will take my business elsewhere.

Golden Krust has some really amazing Jamaican food! I stopped by to try the new shrimp patties and they were delicious, spicy and had a perfect crust. The oxtails were my fave though! So tender and the perfect amount of gravy. Big portions too which I love. Definitely a great spot to check out!

As an adventurous person, I love trying out new things, places and food. So on a summer Sunday afternoon like this, hubby and I set out to try this restaurant and I must say, it’s been a very different food journey for me. My order was some white rice, jerk chicken, salad and some fried chicken. Hubby went for curry and spicy goat meat. The main review was cause the waitress named Annie was real patient with my indecisive food choice and allowed us taste in small portions before making this choice. 5 star for customer service. 4 star for overall food because it’s my first time. 3 star for the steamed salad (I’m used to the fresh salad). Overall, great afternoon ❤️

My first experience with this type of food. I really wanted to try the “staple” beef patty. The store didn’t have any. We arrived there at 3pm. So we ordered oxtail, spinach rice, and sweet chili chicken. Our drink was sorrel ginger. The rice and drink was very tasty. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the entrees. The oxtail was on the salty side and I wasn’t expecting the gummy texture. The chicken had the potential of being delicious however the skin was tough, kind of like leftover fried chicken. It was all dark meat. The meals came with plantain but I definitely don’t think it was worth $45 (for 2 people)

Server looked tired or bored. She rubbed her nose right over food. No hand washing. Food not up to golden crust standards. Maybe they changed the recipe. Curry goat spicy no curry, curry chicken old. Stew chicken hard no flavor. Rice and peas no flavor. Great location easy to find. Not much of a variety.
