I ordered on 5/5/23 @ 12:30 pm, it was 40 minutes before my order was put in the oven. First call to store. It was being Quality Checked for another 30 minutes. And when I talked to Brianna the manager , she said the driver had already left and said my office was closed! No notification, no text, NO SERVICE, only indifference! I canceled my order, and this office will never order from this store again.

As a new resident of Old Hickory Village, I was so stoked to see my favorite pizza place in town. First experience exceeded my expectations. Ordered online and picked up via drive through window. The pizza was cooked to a perfect golden brown, tasted great, and the woman I interacted with was so sweet!

Super cool staff Amber especially, didn’t turn me away when I found out my wife place a order at a different location. Instead they just advised me to cancel the other order at the wrong store and place a new one with them! Was no Hassel for the staff either. Again super cool staff

I have ordered multiple pizzas and I had to pick them up with carryout as they do not deliver past Jones circle. Free pizza after ordering multiple pizzas with rewards require additional fees as extra are not included. Extras are always purchased with original orders. Ordered last pizza tonight and I wish them the best.
