I asked for them to cancel the order since I wasn’t interested in fried chicken items. Was told they wouldn’t “check me in” so I wouldn’t be charged. False. Still got charged. The last couple of times we’ve been there, the food sucked. They took a pre-made burger patty and made our burgers so everything was cold. The cheese was not melted and the bun was cold. We’ve ate there several times before and it wasn’t this bad, in fact we love the 2 for 10 dollars deals. I don’t know what they are doing differently but they need to stop and get back to how they used to do things!
