The food was awesome but I was disappointed receiving these baby 6 piece nuggets. Temperature was on point and so was the taste. McDonald’s nuggets are bigger than this! I’ve had grandys nuggets before but they are half the size now. Do not order this dish because it’s not worth the value$.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location, the seating area is blocked off for dining customers with standing board menus… counter area not so clean. The food was hot and on point but my dessert, my funnel cake dippers did not come with a container for dipping, instead my funnel cake dippers were drenched in dipping frosting which made them soggy when it came time to eat them, I tried to heat them up in a small skillet to make them crunchy but instead the frosting made it greasy and less edible to eat. Ask for side dipping if you order these.. although the sign on the counter shows a little dipping cup for them but my order wasn’t as pictured ♀️

Went out of my way to this location on a Sunday. I ordered a deluxe biscuit with bacon and with scrambled egg instead of the fried egg. Only to be told at the window they don’t make it that way. I order this every other day at the mesquite location and also worked for Grandys for 6 years. Also to be told it’s to messy. Messy for who? How I eat it s my business. For you? The scoop is already in the eggs. You put the biscuit on a paper, cut it open, scoop the eggs, Add bacon and cheese, fold it, put in bag. Where’s the mess? Just lazy.

Just got home from placing a to-go order, Double steak meal brown gravy with double okra & a single steak meal with greens & okra. 1st, the okra was old, like we got double okra on 1 order so why would you give us old food, 2nd, the food was not hot, barely even warm. I’ve called 5 times and only get “voice-mail box has not been set up” message. They’ll be closed soon so definitely don’t want anything else. I will be requesting my money back. Very disappointed.

We drove 20 minutes to eat at Grandys only to have the dining room blocked by trash bins. The counter is totally barricaded in plexi. The atmosphere was not conducive to ordering and enjoying a meal so we left.

Surprisingly the eggs are real! I would prefer eating breakfast here than any other drive thru breakfast! All items I ordered was fresh, hot, and fulfilling. I payed less than $8 for my food and that was awesome. The quality was outstanding.

I give 3 stars due to the fact the manager and cashier wore nice, patient and responsive. Now the negative, I purchased the southwestern grilled chicken plate but I only wanted green beans and grilled chicken. So off I went, prob a hr or 2 later when i finally sat down to eat at work, I noticed the grilled chicken was kinda like a flat and small (2pcs). I was putting salt and pepper and hot sauce when I noticed some spots on it. I put my plate towards the sunlight (eating outside) and I noticed it was green spots- mold! I did not ate my meal. I called twice to the store but no answer. They should pay attention to their food, people can get sick

Stop in to eat dining room closed no mention of this online fine order to go cashier can’t count. Get my food go drive 30 minutes home. No gravy on mashed potatos that I ask for specifically. The chicken fried steak was the cheapest processed peace of what ever that was with barely any gravy on it! You know gravy is flour oil salt and pepper the cheapest thing you can make so if you use cheap meatish things at least put some gravy on it.

Just moved here from Houston. Grew up eating Grandys before it was closed in Htown. Tastes exactly how I remember! Nostalgia at its finest. I’d give it a 5, but the place is run down and dirty.
