This place is HORRIBLE! We were a table of five which is a normal sized party. We first had incorrect and awful tasting drinks from the bar. The food took FOREVER to come out, which were all small portions for the prices. The worst food was when they served us overcooked shrimp that were not deveined at all, so they served us SHRIMP POOP! Then when we asked for any type of the compensation for our awful experiences throughout the 2.5 hours we were there because they took so long, our waitress said “There is no manager here tonight in order to compensate anything..” (But apparently the manager is online writing responses to all the awful reviews trying to defend this place when they need to manage this place better!) The awful part of it all was that in order to “comp” us, they took our waitresses gratuity off, which we were not okay with so we still gave her a tip. I honestly blame the lack of management, poor standards and quality this place holds, and the lack of care that is evident throughout the whole place, which again stems back to the lack of management. We will NEVER come back!

The entertainment was great! The atmosphere was laid back, grown and sexy. I’ll definitely be going back with friends. They even had bamboo growing around the location. Can wait to get back there. The staff and owner were very welcoming. Not to mention, they are adding some vegan options to the menu!!!

Was served dead crabs literally smelled like ammonia didn’t want to complain but spoke with the owner who turned to be rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Now I came out my way to support them three times and then to be met with such horrible service is ridiculous. I didn’t even want a refund I just really wanted them to recognize the error In their ways but hey that’s probably why each time I went there was NOT A SOUL THERE EATING very disgusting place do not go I was warned but still wanted to support

Was in area and wanted something good to eat, did a to go order. Crab dip tasted sour and full of cream cheese hardly no crab meat, seafood Alfredo was broken and tasted sour as well. The chicken wings was good but it was not too much to them….I would not recommend none of the food but the atmosphere was great and probably a good place for drink and listen to music

When this was the deck, the food was really good. I’ve gone here about 3-4 times. The food is not really good. The bartender made a good drink. I think the salmon bites may be the only thing that is ok. Nachos were not good, one of the meals didn’t come with the right potatoes and the chef came from the back to bring new ones out and told my friend to try them now. It was a bit aggressive but I could tell she meant well. She wanted to make sure the guest was satisfied but that wasn’t the way to go about it. It was her tone! The food just haven’t been good. There was a DJ the last time I was there and it was nice.

We waited over 2 hours for food. Drinks kept coming out wrong. Table for five, and we all ate at different times because of the inconsistent pacing of the kitchen. Never recommending this place. Onion rings were fire tho

So my band played there last night (8 Ball Deluxe) and we had the best time! I ordered the cream of crab soup and it was DELICIOUS! The tiki bar area was fun and set up really cool. Great way to spend the evening! Thank you D&M Tiki Bar for having us out!

So, my gf & I came here in April & met the owner. Very sweet gentleman. We were a bit concerned then about the prices & sizes of drinks. ( teeny Dixie cups @ $9 a pop!) But…we decided to try it again & give em a 2nd shot! I HONESTLY hate to do a bad review EVERRR…with that said, Bartenders were gems, sooo sweet!! But… WOW .. THEY charged my gf $44 for 2….yes. 2 DRINKS!!!!! EEEKS! NEVER AGAIN…GOOD LUCK TO THIS JOINT!
