5-2-23 I walked inside today and ordered chicken strips and French fries i made sure to ask for new fresh chicken and fries. I got my order and left, bag was hot, and I was starving. I get back to work and bite into one of my “fresh” chicken strips and it’s hard and taste like rubber. I imagine what happened is they took the old stripes they had setting there and refried them. Thanks Arby’s great lunch.

I went through the drive thu and the customer service associate was so nice. She helped me find the best deal for adding a drink to my order, she even added a coupon which I thought was super nice, these days every cent counts. I highly recommend coming here.

I don’t know why people hire people that could care less about their jobs from the time we were greeted in the drive thru he was rude, taking the order he was rude, went to pay he didn’t read back the full order and was rude, made us reach into the restaurant window to reach the bag, acted like it was an inconvenience to ask for Arby’s sauce, didn’t give us one of the drinks we paid for and didn’t give us a straw for the other drink that we did get. People like this guy should be on welfare instead of pissing off people who work hard for their money and just wanted to get something easy on their way home from work. Won’t be back to this location. I had a half a mind to throw my coin change at him and tell him to go f himself.
