We were a party of 3 with a child. We were sat at a table and instantly bothered by flies. The waitress was nice but not very attentive or interactive. At one point I tried to get her attention 3x for some dressing and she passed the table so quickly, while also trying to hear me, that I couldn’t get my 2nd question out. The restaurant was not busy and didn’t seem under staffed. The food was just ok, not even good. My daughters chicken parm was over cooked and seemed comparable to a microwave dinner. For one dinner, a kids meal, two salads and 3 drinks our total was $80. Very disappointing.

Disgusting and infested with fruit flies I killed 10 of them during dinner. Waitress tried to seat us next to two tables full of screaming children in an otherwise completely empty restaurant (2 adults) I looked over at her and said “Are you serious?” I asked the server about a dish I was interested in ordering and he said “That’s a good question I don’t know.” he didn’t know anything about any of the food we asked about and wasn’t even familiar with what was on draft. The service was very slow even though there were very few diners and the food was very poor quality and poorly prepared. My grilled chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point of being shoe leather tough and the serving of sweet potato fries was meager at best. When it came time to pay neither the server nor the manager could figure out how to pay for the meal on a credit card forcing me to pay in cash. Needless to say there was no tip forthcoming and I’ll never return to this restaurant what a complete garbage dump. I would recommend going anywhere else including a fast food restaurant before I would ever patronize this establishment again. I can’t believe this place is even in business.

Went to Uno to try the Vegan Garden Pizza. It was so delicious. Mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, & more. I should have ordered one to take home. The other pizzas ordered at our table were a custom Deep Dish Loaded, & BBQ Chicken. The little one in the group wanted Chicken Tenders with Fries. We all enjoyed our meals. The quality was good. Server was attentive and very kind. We had an enjoyable evening.

I went in for dinner yesterday. I waited 5 min before anyone came out the back to greet us and seat us. There was only one other couple dining in at the time. The hostess grabbed the menus and tossed them on the table and said someone will be with you when they can. I just left. I will never return

The French onion soup was loaded with cheese and hot. The Mac and Cheese was equally loaded with cheese and deep pan pizza was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the lemonade. It was too syrupy and tart. Service was excellent!

Uno’s pizzeria and grill was completely lackluster. The food was overcooked and the service was okay. Went for a fundraiser- will not be going back. They used to hand out dough to the kids while they waited- didn’t get it. The condiments were all gunked up at the top- which means they haven’t been cleaned at all.

Stopped in for lunch on 4/5/23 astound 2:30 pm, i don’t come here often but i was craving spaghetti & meatballs & they had it. I sat at the bar & the bartender Kiara (hope i spelled that correctly) WAS AMAZING!!! She kept it simple, checked on me at the perfect times, smiled at me, so sweet. The best! Food was good too 😉 will be back because of her!!

In my delivery order, I ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction after eating it. There must have been cross contamination in the cooking area. Not sure if they take gluten allergies seriously. I won’t be ordering again because of this experience.
