Worst Taco Bell location EVER!! I’m an uber eats driver, I do pickups here sometimes. I waited 25 mins for my order. I wasnt the only dissapointed customer in there. 2 others complained while I was there, and I dont blame them!!! This ain’t no sit down restaurant, what happened to FAST FOOD?

Sad that this 1 woman were dealing with everything from orders & to cashier , I don’t like when your touch the cashier n put a lead on my drink with bear hands or sane gloves this us unsanitized… and then only spanish speak spanish ” I just don’t get it ” yet pouring from fountain drink, yet customers can’t have 2nd ummmm I use to enjoy taco bell but I won’t go back again to this location

Drive thru service is horrible. They were not only rude but they messed up my order completely. Not happy at all with their service the guys name was Roberto. I paid for my food to come out right not the way they want. I’m so disappointed smh

Order was missing tacos and nachos. The person at the window assured me everything was in the bag as I was in a hurry to get back home. After I got home and noticed the missing food I called the location (phone number on receipt) 7 times and not one of my calls was answered. Please work on accuracy to orders and answering the phone.

It’s Taco Bell. Food is fine, service is sometimes a little slow/overwhelmed based on time of day (lunch rush and all that) or if the employees are new. More like a 4.5/5. Generally never had any issues. Out of the many times we’ve visited they have only messed up our order once and it was a missing taco so meh.

I go there almost every Sat after class. It’s on the way to freeway. The drive thru is bad for traffic all around. Parking lot is tiny, ppl have to wait in driveway, parking and side street in line. This backs up traffic. Sometimes you cannot leave. You get stuck waiting to get out after you get your food.

When the employee tries to make you feel stupid. I have a Taco Bell coupon. I tried using it, his first question is where did you get this?? I answered Taco Bell. He said not this one, I’m puzzled thinking does it matter. ♀️Anyhow it was how he addressed the issue. He could of had better customer skills. I won’t be returning to this location
