Checkout how the owner tries to make good on this HORRIBLE example of a franchise by touting 20% coupon codes. Guess what buddy, the pizza is already marked up and literally EVERYONE can take that “20% off” on the app. This is probably the worst Domino’s in the world. And no. Don’t bother to reply with a 20% off coupon as you will never waste my 70 minutes with a dozen phone calls by getting my business again!

Multiple times my order has been wrong I order through the app so my address is pretty much in stone supposedly they couldn’t figure out my apartment number which hasn’t changed in the past 10 orders I’ve made I call asking where my pizza is they tell me the driver didn’t have an apartment number. So Cindy asks if I still want my pizza I say yes I then tell her I want it remade and she said oh you want it remade? She was literally gonna send me cold products to pay for when it was already sitting for thirty minutes in “quality reviews” for my inconvenience I asked for a discount she denied me and told me I could not have a fresh pizza and a discount it was one or the other weak customer service from a store that barely has to answers the phone to customers because most the time the calls are rerouted to the Middle East update got my order aug 27 2023 Jodi delivered it started off giving us two different orders that belonged to someone else she didn’t know what she was doing who she was bringing an order to her behavior is also idiotic and I’m sure her driving is slow because my pizza was cold by the time it got to my hands she also honked her horn extremely loud because she was displeased that I didn’t like her service and didn’t tip

Worst dominos of all time. I ordered over 2 hours ago and was quoted 38 minutes. After calling the store several times the rude manager tells me the food will be here in 3 minutes. I walk outside to see the driver deliver our food a building over and drive off. Literally waited over 2 hours to be robbed $35. Still have a hungry family and can’t get an answer because they’ve since closed. Do not support this restaurant.

I ordered Dominos for an employee lunch. I ordered it well in advance of the luncheon, the delivery was scheduled for 11:30. By noon not only had I been hung up on locally twice with no information as to where my pizza was, I had 30 hungry folks wondering where lunch was. I drove to the store in heavy traffic to learn that my delivery had just left the store. The delivery showed up 50 minutes late. I could live with accidence and delays but no communication, to sit on hold for 20 minutes and be hung up on multiple times is not okay. My team really likes dominos unfortunately this will be the last time I use them for an event.

Ok. This is a mixed bag. I ordered online while on vacation. The address was somehow messed up (I take responsibility here) I saw this upon confirmation of my order and immediately called the store… no answer. I called 14 times (most of which were while I was driving to the store) without answer. Turns out their phone system was down. The main phone call center could do nothing to correct the address and the store was unreachable.

Everything about my experience was awful with this location. Rude over the phone, order was all wrong… I even drove to the store to pick up after 2 hours and they told me the driver was on the way. Best part of my experience was meeting my driver! He was great! Phone staff needs a workshop from him!!!

Just had a pizza delivered and the driver asked me to sign the receipt so I signed it he then asked me to put a tip on it and I told him it’s not my money he then asked who I told him my gf then he asked if he should wait I then asked him if they don’tget paid and he said “NO” little liar. Absolutely pathetic
