Employees were wonderful, helping me with my special needs. I eat only meat,cheese and pickles. My order came out on buns so the cheese was on the bread. Young lady that took our order got it fixed for me. The burger meat was ok, but not what I’m use to at Hardee’s. This is my favorite fast food restaurant.

Traveling from out of town didn’t see the “one hour” parking signs that face outwards from the “restaurant”. Went across the street for a drink and a salad and came out to my car gone. They must have a sweet deal with the towing company. Seeing as we were gone for maybe an hour and half. Pretty sure we were the only car in the entire lot that wasn’t an employee.

I was surprised at how friendly the lady that answered drive thru was. I placed my order and pulled to the window where I was greeted with nothing but smiles. I asked the lady at the window whom it was that took my order and she said my manager Bree and asked if I needed to speak with her! When she approached the window she was so smiley and her accent reminded me of home. I asked the Manager Bree if Hardee’s was running a promotion because she was the nicest, outgoing, and enthusiastic person I’ve come across in drive thru in all my years of eating out. The Frisco sandwich was fresh and juicy the fries were fresh lightly salted and the milkshake was so good. I really like how they wrap the sandwich so that it’s easier to eat and drive without making a mess. Ive had some bad experiences with this location in the past but they definitely regained me as a customer for the future.

I’m torn as to how to review this place. On one hand the food is hot and the STAFF was great – on the other hand – the MANAGER was so unprofessional and just plain rude and not to me but to the gentlemen in front of me who was waiting to place an order while the manager was having an argument with her kid on the phone with her back towards customers. Finally the man spoke up and said excuse me can I order and she laid the phone down and said what do you want? If I was rating this place on her actions it would get zero stars but the other staff members and food saved it.

I used to go to the Hardee’s off Smokey Park Dr but once we realized our favorite friendly manager was no longer working this location we switched to the Hardee’s in Biltmore where not only one but both our favorite managers were working. These ladies go above and beyond for their customers making sure our food is hot fresh and always making us feel like family. Today I was talking to one of the girls as I was waiting for my food and another younger manager come and handed me a bag missing some of my items and just shut the window. I understand they have a time system but I didn’t have all of my items so what was the harm in small conversation? This was very rude and completely unnecessary. Of course Bree apologized for the lack of respect from the other manager. Of course we will be back to see CJ and Bree again hopefully our next visit the other manager isn’t rude.

10 customers seems to have this location in a stalemate. At one point the cashier said in front of guests wating to order “i’ve been here 9 hrs, im out” and proceeded to grab her things and just leave.

We went down to the Hardee’s in Biltmore in North Carolina at about 9 at night there was only a couple of people working the girl up front was having to really do everything I know it’s hard finding help nowadays but she worked really hard to make sure that our food was hot and fresh everything was hot and fresh and the food was great

I knew Hardee’s had a low carb bowl. I pulled up to the drive thur and asked if they had it. I was told yes, the cost was over 4 dollars. It took them a little to long to make and this is what I got..a piece of egg, a slice of cheese and some bacon. As you can see it was cold cheese didn’t even melt. This is not a low card bowl served in a try.
