If you look at my other reviews you will see that this rating is highly unusual from me. I celebrated a birthday with a friend here and my experience across the board was fantastic. The only issue I had was fixed with salt. Hats off to Tiarra. Her service was friendly, attentive and informed. I hope our table’s tip reflected our appreciation adequately. When I have another opportunity I will return, bring others and request her as a server. This is everything a high end restaurant should be.

Nice lunch option in Greensboro with extensive menu and cocktail options. Enjoyed the Chicken Salad with vinaigrette, almonds and strawberries. Also tried a zero proof Negroni that was delicious for an NA option. They carry End of Days to, the distillery out of Wilmington NC.

Overall it’s between 3 and 4 stars for me. I was expecting a bit more based on the other reviews. I thought the good was ok/ good but not amazing. Margherita pizza was missing something… maybe the dough wasn’t tasty enough or crispy enough crust… but it was ok. Ribeye steak was was ok but again, not amazing by any means. Short rib was good but a bit bland and a little dry… but again, decent. They were out of sparkling lemonade and didn’t have sweet tea. Cocktail was good. Had a bottle of red wine (cotes du rhone) which was good, but the wine list differed significantly between what was on their website and on the actual menu. Service was pretty good, however, some things were not really attended to such as when the server came over and our wine glasses were mostly empty but they were not refilled. This might be a bit snobby of me, but I’m used to the server taking the bottle on the table and looking to do the pour for us. So overall, it was fine, but not anything more special.

I just had a birthday, which requires a week of celebrating or as long as I can push it. Hubs used Yelp Best Brunch and found Gia ~ Eat.Drink.Listen and made a reservation. What a great place! We were greeted and shown to our table. He said since it was my birthday, we got to sit in the throne chairs. The table had a private location at the front windows. Kary placed a carafe of water on our table but she still filled our glasses before we needed to. We wanted to share some items and she readily gave us the specials and her recommendations. We started with the Gia Bloody Mary (yum!) and The Bacon Board, because bacon! It was 8 pieces of perfectly cooked, crispy deliciousness and it just kind of melted in our mouth. Then we shared the Croque Madame and the special Peanut Butter French Toast. It had a drizzle of dark chocolate and several fluffy dollops of peanut butter whipped cream. It was heavenly and not too sweet! We alternated bites of the savory sandwich, French toast and bacon. We were completely happy and full. They insisted we take a birthday slice of Limoncello cake to go. They even packed a candle for me to wish on, when I was ready. I kind of mangled it getting it out of the box but it was still delicious. Pro Tip: deconstruct the box first. Kary’s service was fabulous, the drinks were wonderful and the food was impeccable. We hope to participate in a future Cocktail Class and Chef’s Table. Pro Tip #2: listen to Siri and drive up and around the building for parking and the entrance.

We had Reservations, arrived early, but, was seated without a hassle. Staff, including Mangement attentive. Took the time to answer questions and allowed a tour of the facility. Our Appetizers, Entrees, Cocktails were delicious, showcased pride in each dish presented. We will definitely visit again!! Thank you GIA for the exceedingly pleasant experience!!

It was my first time at GIA. I was looking for a choice venue to host an elegant bridal shower brunch for my sister. This restaurant and staff did not disappoint. The brunch buffet was amazing! The ambience was charming, with large windows & great views. The entire staff is kind, attentive, and the service impeccable! Eric and team made sure we were well fed, cared for and drinks topped off at each turn. Eric stayed in constant communication with me in the planning phase, ensuring dietary restrictions were accommodated and We were allowed in early to tastefully decorate. The staff made us feel welcome from start to finish. Tiara was our server and she spoiled us rotten! If you need a venue for any occasion, look no further. I’ll be back (for two) as this looks to be a great spot for a dinner date as well! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.
