My route took me by here all week. So I stopped in and everyday no sandwiches to be found. So I asked the “manager” he said we sell those alot ….I can make some but it will be twenty minutes?!?. It’s not rocket science if you know you sell them make more? Are you kidding me?. Pure laziness and stupidity. That would make a great location for a decent Chicken place.

There at 1:30…so late lunch. Only 4-5 pices of chicken to choos from. Andy was some what rude with an unconcerned “Take it or leave it” attifude. I asked when they would have fresh chicken He stated it would be another “20 minutes”. So I went out and filled my rig (Loves Travel Stop)….maybe 5-10 minutes. When I came back in the wait time had grown to at least 25 minutes with all sorts of excuses. AND it was very over pirced. Just skip it.

Amazing food and service!!! We were there late and my husband is on crutches and they offered to carry our food for us. A lot of places could learn from this staff of kind people. We can’t say enough about their food and kindness. We will be back for sure.

Chicken was horrible taters and gravy was hard and lumpy. The drinks would of been good but they don’t even give you one with a combo. 2 trips in one for us are first and are last… next exit has a bojangles your welcome

the chicken tenders out of the three I ordered only one wasn’t like chewing rubber. to be fair I didn’t have the chance to eat it hot or whatever temperature it was served at. My main thing for giving them the rating was I ordered a combo which I got a side of potato wedges. I asked the girl behind the counter for my drink cup. She told me I had to order that extra WTH. I know inflation is horrible right now but when did combos not include a drink?

We haven’t eaten in 2 days and went to get at least a hot meal on xmas and what a horrible meal. You should at least take some pride in what you serve as you don’t know who may come in for a hot meal. Shame on this plsce

Friendly clerk and helpful. Chicken was hot and fresh and delicious. Potato wedges were also hot and delicious and large. Fast service and restaurant was clean and employees wearing masks and no dining was being done.

Very disappointed. Ordered chicken tenders way over cooked, meat was dry or they left it under the heat far past its time and was sold. Cashier/worker did not listen to what we asked for. Had to throw away our food, it was that bad. Waste of money and time.

I love Chester’s Chicken, for fast food chicken it is very good. I stop here on the way home from Tennessee quite often. The tenders are my favorite, and their green beans are very flavorful. The biscuits have a hint of honey sweetness on the top.
