I came here last week and service was SO SLOW with no sense of urgency. It was packed inside with customers. I finally walked out after 20 mins standing in line. No new orders were taken. Well, it’s 5 days later and I just walked out again! The guy at the counter was confused ( he said so) as I tried to order 6 wings. He was dumbstruck at my words. He was smiling and asked me the same things over and over. It was weird. I walked out. Is “I’ll take 6 wings” a difficult statement?

I ordered online I work at one of the business that’s around and I only have a 30 minute in a break. I ordered waaaaayyyy ahead and when I got there my order still wasn’t ready. I spent 20 minutes of my 30 minute break trying to get my food which is outrageous! Employees didn’t have gloves on when making the food which is nasty and I didn’t see not one employee wash their hands. The atmosphere was definitely a ZERO all the employees made it seem like they didn’t want to be there, like they were forced customer service from the cashier was terrible and since when can head phones be used whiles making food or during business hours period? It’s a food hazard what if it falls into someone’s food? The food was mediocre. Definitely not worth my money.!

This location has a girl working solo in the morning and she doesn’t speak much English. Shame on the franchise owners for leaving this poor girl to fend for herself like that. I called corporate to report this, and they gave me a whole $5 gift card to help keep me as a customer. What a joke

Not crowded but very busy due to numerous online/app orders. Was told 15 minutes but actually received food 42 minutes later. Patience is definitely needed because the 1 employee taking orders was the same employee doing all of the cooking, bagging and handing off of orders. 2 other employees there, but they were “cleaning”, however the entire place was a mess. They needed more help.
