My favorite restaurant to visit when I’m in Wilmington, hands down. Such a unique, beautiful space. Attentive service (shout out to Tess, who we’ve had as our server the 2 times we’ve been, a year apart no less!). Every single bite was incredible. I especially loved that night’s oyster special with tuna tartar or a raspberry rosemary (I believe?) granita with cucumber mignonette. From start to finish, attention to detail in every aspect from the food, wine, service and atmosphere.. it’s fantastic. Well worth the trip.

We had a fantastic Anniversary dinner @mannawilmington . It did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive and informative. The shishito pepper were charred perfectly with a flavorful tonnato sauce. The striped bass with summer succotash had the crispness skin that you could hear the crunch when I put my fork in it. Absolutely delicious. The seafood jambalaya was rich and full of seafood and sausage.

My wife and I come to the Wilmington area often from Raleigh and we went to Manna for the first time and it was amazing! We sat at the bar for dinner, the two bartenders were extremely professional and personable. They even made us custom cocktails based on flavors we liked and they were some of the best cocktails we ever had! The names of the menu items are clever and funny! We ordered the jambalaya appetizer and the pork chop and striped bass entrees. They were superb with depth of flavor. Best meal I’ve ever had in Wilmington. We will definitely be coming back to Manna on our next trip!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Manna, and we couldn’t have been happier. On the advice of another google reviewer, we called ahead to ask about doing a tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent; and moreover, their prices were more than reasonable (our bill for a five-course tasting for two was about $100). What we really appreciated was how much the entire staff at Manna seemed to care about creating a delicous and meaningful dining experience for us. From when my husband called to ask about the tasting menu to when we sat down to when we ate the last course, it was clear that everyone on staff truly cares about the food they put out. We were also impressed with the sommalier, who provided us with several different options to pair beverages with our meal. We were impressed with both his genuine interest in pairing wine with our food as well as his ability to select something we enjoyed that didn’t break the bank. Overall an excellent experience. We’d definitely eat there again if we go back to Wilmington!

If I could give 10 stars for the service I would! We had a fantastic experience Wednesday night when we visited. The staff was so welcoming and helpful despite the looming hurricane. We loved trying all sorts of new dishes and custom drinks. We’ll be back again soon!

I had high expectations based on previous reviews. They weren’t crowded at all but service was just so so.

Visited manna off recommendation from the manager and waitstaff of one of our other local favorite spots. First and foremost the quaint atmosphere of the bar, the decor and lighting sets the stage for a magnificent experience. Started with a specialty oyster that was topped with a duck egg, trout roe and hot sauce, it was spectacular the flavor and the texture was the best I’ve had this far in Wilmington, so I thought. Then ordered a dozen raw oysters on the half shell top with a flavorful granita, they were spectacular and I ordered an additional half dozen accompanied with another specialty oyster. Soon after were the smoke wings, hands down some of the best I’ve had thus far. The butternut bisque was flavorful but light. The trout also exceeded all expectations as well. Last but not least was the service and one of a kind cocktails made by the master mixologist on staff that evening. Look forward to returning very soon.

Fred the bartender is a chef of cocktails. The food is most excellent of course but if you want a full experience of dining and cocktails go sit at the bar. And mention to Fred your likes. He creates and maximizes what you already think is delish. And send it to another stratosphere

Love fine dining and good food and this place is absolutely exquisite! Everything from the food to the ambience to the service is beyond exceptional. We started with cocktails, two of their oyster specials (quail egg, fish roe, and hot sauce) and marinated olives. Went on to divulge in their bass and roasted chicken they were featuring that evening. Finally, being blown away by their traditional cheese and jam dessert (it was like an explosion or amazing flavors in your mouth)! Could not have imagined a more enjoyable and delicious dinner than that on Friday night.
