Staff was very nice.. but the food was absolutely horrible . This chicken had to of been sitting for hours… How can you even call this Original fried Chicken.. Why in the world would you even serve this and ruin a review and your name.. I’ve been going to KFC since I was a kid and this is without a doubt the worst KFC on the Planet. I feel bad for the owner. There is obviously no oversight on what is leaving the kitchen and this is definitely how your reputation get tarnished and eventually leads to your store closing in time.

I ordered online, pickup time was 9:25, got there on time and went into lobby to pick it up and was told that the lobby was closed and I would need to go through the drive-thru. Clearly if the lobby is closed, the door should be locked, not to mention, the employee cleaning up had a really bad attitude. When I finally get through the drive-thru I’m told that they don’t have any white meat left, which is all we eat. This was the first and last time ordering here. I really don’t know how this place is still in business. I will say that the guy working the drive-thru was really nice, apologetic, and was trying to do what he could to salvage the order. By the time we finally got our food it was 9:50, and we were the only customers, except for one other person. Never again!!!!

Just read the reviews others have posted. I will add my take. Yes they definitely need to be closed. Because whatever food they sold me went into trash. I dunno if that’s spit or gravy, honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they actually make food out spite in this location with they’re attitudes. Avoid it for your health and time.

This place needs to close down until the franchisee can hire people that actually want to work. It’s almost like they hired all of the people that were fired from Popeyes. The staff is lazy, incompetent and unfriendly. They constantly run out of chicken, drive-thru wait times exceed 30 minutes constantly, no apologies or excuses given. This place is way too new to be this horrible. You are making a mockery of the brand and a disservice to this community.

I can only speak for my one drive through experience. We stopped by last night to grab a quick meal as I drove my son to spend the weekend with his Uncle. We literally sat in the drive through line for 36 min before finally getting our food. So much for “quick”. I get that this happens. It was very busy both inside and out, and the employees were doing their best, so while it was inconvenient, it was understandable. What was not understandable was the fact that they shorted us six wraps, $15 worth. Of course I wasn’t made aware of this until I had already dropped my son off with the food and was on my way back to Crystal River, which is over an hour away. Of course they couldn’t credit my card for the amount I was shorted unless I was there with my card. I get being busy and having to wait for the food, but it’s unacceptable that they can’t even get the food ordered into the bags. I do have to add that the employees were very friendly and tried to help.

What’s that? Are you craving a chicken sandwich? Well, that’s too bad! Further inconvenience yourself by having to drive further down the road and to the Clermont location. Normally, an establishment running out of a beloved product is no big deal… If this hadn’t happened five times in a row. I seldom eat at KFC, but when I do, this location has never once had any filets for the order. Save yourself some time by going to the clermont location instead if you want a chicken sandwich.

Not the first but definitely the last waited in line for 30 minutes waited for my food to be completely wrong full of grease. Coleslaw was spoiled packed with hot food the spicy bowl was topped with nothing but pure grease cashier said my total was 37 dollars but charged my card 58.00 dollars chicken sandwich was missing along with the 2 large fry I ordered just need to hire a whole new crew to get this place operating in order to make customers happy and satisfied. Just horrible all around.
