Pre ordered a pick up. Stood at the register for more than 10 minutes with no one even looking at me. I said excuse me many times to the workers. No response. Finally I went thru the drive thru and refused to leave until I got my pre paid order. I’ll never return!

Wasted 2 months of my time when I could have been out looking for another job somewhere even paid for shoes that I got to wear one time. I showed up ready for work every shift in my uniform and I am a hard worker. That’s obviously not a good fit for Taco Bell.

I received the wrong food. Took it back with receipt. Manager told my husband he would not refund his money because it’s against store policy. Instead he gave him an item worth not even half of what we paid. As much as they mess up orders, I can’t take the risk giving them anymore non-refundable money!
