We have ordered from Panda for many years and never had any issues. I love the vegetarian options and that no one makes me feel guilty for asking questions about vegan options. The delivery is fairly quick and always efficient.

Customer service was good and no issues with delivery. Unfortunately the food was really bad. The teriyaki chicken skewers were inedible. The general tso chicken did not have the correct flavors and seemed like a totally different dish. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy due to the sauce being poured over instead of packaged separately how most restaurants do it. This also caused quite a mess. The egg rolls were just okay but the best thing we received, aside from the bottled sprite. I really wish I could rate them higher because they were friendly and our order was correct but the food was just so poor.

No no no. What is this? My first time trying this chain. Will be my last. This food is for people with no taste buds. OMG. Ordered fried rice- it was not. Ordered Terriakya chicken-Nope. No flavor. I had spring rolls, they were decent. I ended up throwing my order away. Would rather be hungry.

Awesome food. Priced right. Typical takeout Chinese restaurant with a few tables for eat-in customers. I really enjoyed my Hunan Chicken Combination Plate. The included egg roll was delicious! I will definitely eat here again!

Although the restaurant doesn’t deliver to my neighborhood; I drive over to pick up to go orders….because it’s so delicious!! Really good food and the staff are exceedingly friendly with each visit. They seem very happy to serve you, which is such a joy. It’s nice when you’re business is appreciated! Try any noodle dish! Yummy!

It had been a while since I last ate here and I forgot how good the food was. Although Panda Chinese Restaurant is sometimes hard to see amongst the nearby stores and buildings, don’t let that fool you. I think this may be the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The owners are very nice and friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly (and was definitely made right when I ordered it).

Holy cow. My usual Chinese restaurant is closed on mondays now, so I was looking for another one in the area. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. I don’t usually do reviews but this is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Wilmington. It tastes like real food, unlike others in the area. Highly recommend you give it a try!!

The owners are amazing people and the food is delicious. The beef fried rice, egg drop soup and crab Rangoon are amazing and they always make the crab Rangoon to order so it’s always fresh. They also have no problem making modifications to your food if you ask.

I spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out they don’t give you NEARLY enough food for what you pay for. I get twice as much food at all the hole in the wall Chinese Places in town for HALF their price. The food is decent, but the Fast Food quality does not justify the price. The drive-thru issue is probably just because they opened and have to train people, but 10 minutes is still pretty lengthy….I’d wait a couple weeks to let them get it right, that is if you want to pay premium for a small portion of mediocre Chinese Food. I say stick to the other places in town. On the plus size, the drinks are HUGE, so there is that.
