Placed an online order. Got home and was missing a cookie we paid for. The club sandwich we ordered had olives we didn’t request, was missing the avocado we paid extra for, and was not toasted.

It’s just crap food. The quality of food is awful compared to regular sub shops. The workers seem to be hard workers, but overall it’s just an awful company with awful food. I really don’t know how they haven’t gone bankrupt over the years and how they are so popular; not to mention a pedophile was their spokesperson for many many years. I won’t eat there again.

A very well placed sub shop. But there are too many rival sub shops in this town altogether. If your in a hurry or just want to order and relax while people watching, this is the place. The employees are very friendly as well as the owner who is there from time to time. The service is great and the portions very much improved… after all this , this subway is definitely the one to go to… I’m speaking from experience. The night is extremely helpful and very curtious…

Ordered threw doordash today , You put tomatoes on my sub when I didn’t ask for them. This is not the first time with this. You really need to start paying attention to what people are ordering and just stop adding things you guys feel should be added.

Went in with a co worker. They messed up his sandwich and used mine to correct it (both ordered same sandwich) only I wanted mine toasted as well. They were too busy correcting the first one that they completely ignored my request of having it toasted. I wasn’t sure if they heard me and asked again for it to be toasted only to be ignored and have my sandwich passed down the line to the next station where they started putting the veggies and oil on (past the point of having them toast it) very disappointed. Only eat here maybe 3-4 times a month. Will have no issue going to Greg’s and paying a little extra to actually get what I want.

Went in on Thursday 8/12 and this kid that waited on me made me super uncomfortable saying strange things then started saying stuff about my appearance and the way I walk cause I have a bad knee. I emailed the manager to tell him to maybe have a talk with his weirdo employee and he responded with the stupidest, scripted email back. Basically isn’t doing anything to fix the situation. I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure nobody I know goes back either

I have been coming to this subway for a little over 7 years and today was my first bad experience! The woman told me she would be right with me as she was wiping down the windows. I was asked what I wanted and I explained I wanted the turkey bacon guacamole wrap but instead of the wrap I would like it on an italian herb and cheese roll. As she is putting my meat on the sub she looked lost and confused and was going pretty slow. I was asked What kind of cheese? I stated “American” she barely put any cheese…4 slices to be exact not even enough slices to cover the roll and poorly placed. When the woman proceeded to pick up my sub for it to get toasted she dropped all my meat on to the white board that clearly was dirty but she reassured me it was clean and if it was not clean she would have just made me a new one?????? (Now with my experience working with food I myself would not want to give a customer a sandwich they watched me drop and pick up and place back together and also I believe the right thing to do as an employee is to make a whole new one for many health reasons and also caring about the customers.) After the drop I had to ask her to add more cheese. Now at this point the woman making my sandwich was becoming annoyed because I was annoyed and showing it (had every right to be). So she adds the cheese (sloppy) and she puts it in the toaster. When my sandwich came out I realized the sandwich came with bacon and she failed to add it so I had to remind her and she again was very annoyed. Puts bacon in toaster and asks me “Veggies” the sandwich also came with Avacado which I also had to remind her to add before my veggies…bacon comes out of toaster and she puts it to the side?????? As a confused customer whom is used to the bacon being toasted with the meat all together…I said can you add the bacon? As she is adding the bacon it’s flying all over the place needless to say she had no care in the world how my sandwich was being made and she gave me horrible customer service! I know she is new because I have never seen her before in 7 years! I tell her the veggies she’s adding with frustration. Wraps my sub up does not put it in a bag until she realized I was waiting for it to be placed in a bag with napkins like how everyone else there does it! in conclusion I get it when you start somewhere new and everything is different and at times can be stressful especially when you have regulars (like myself) who are used to a certain way of getting lunch. This was not a good experience and I paid for a sub I did not eat due to many health concerns and a waste of my money. I hope this does not happen again in the future because I am a big fan of this subway and the people who run it but I guess some employees still have a lot to learn.

Usually good food great subs. Ordered from door dash and they delivered fine. However my friends BBQ rib didnt have any lettuce or pickles on it like the description said. The pizza sub sounded odd so my other friend ordered that and its just marinara with gisnt slices of spicey peperoni and two cold green pepper slices. He said it was dissapointing. I got the meatball sub. Usually delicious!!! Ordered it three weeks ago and it was beautiful had parmasan cheese sprinkled on it and was nice and toasted. Thid one had just meatballs and sauce. I understand were in the middle of a pandemic and I wanna support restaurants. But don’t close down and reopen and then have low quality pieces. The cookies we all got were also rock hard. Very sad I hope they were just having a rough day
