Absolutely awful service. I ordered pizza for delivery.. over 2 hrs of waiting so I finally called to cancel my order and get a refund. The lady claimed it was too late to cancel because it was on the way. I asked her to call the delivery guy to find out how much longer. She said “k” and hung up. Moments later called back and said it’s outside my door. I went out and looked but there was nothing there. Called again to speak to the manager again requesting a refund and he proceeded to tell me someone must have stole it and that this is my fault not theirs then started calling me names like B**** and cussing at me before hanging up. GOOD THING MY NEIGHBOR HAS A CAMERA THOUGH. It recorded the whole night and footage shows there was NEVER a delivery. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and will never order northern lights again.

My order for delivery was was taken quickly and efficiently over the phone. I got The Works, Medium, Asiago Crust, No Green Peppers, Less Cheese but More Sauce and Crushed Red Pepper Packets. I was told it would arrive within 45 minutes. I was able to share some with a Veteran, former U. S. Army Medic , Army Reserves and now LPN that does EKG Interpretation at a hospital.

Bought pizza from here for years. Today our 2 large specialty pizzas on reg crust was undercooked and doughy. Called to see if they can take back and send cooked ones, the women said she just spoke to the owner who said the pizza goes through the oven at exact temp so it should be fine. I told her that I can take a pic and send it to them, she said “no and next time, we should order thin crust.”

I loved it, I enjoyed the pizza, I love the service I received, the lady that took out order, she the first time we went, she told us they were about to close, I felt said but I told her thank you, as my boyfriend and I walked away, she said hey, I can fix you one we just shut the ovens down so it’s still hot I can run another one through before the over is completely shut down and gets cold. I lit up with joy! I wanted to hug her so tight, I was extremely hungry hungry, and her outstanding customer service is what sold me, I gave her a tip, because number one- she didn’t have to go out her way, but she did, number 2-pizza was delicious and number 3- I definitely came back the next day to get A large pepperoni on cauliflower, I hoping to see her again and she was there. I just appreciate good people like that, we moved in from Charlotte NC and that’s the type of positive attitude you do not see in Charlotte and that is for sure!

Just Ordered Food from this location tonight and there was barely any pasta in the trays, the breadsticks were not wrapped in the boxes, and when I called the store to make an attempt at making it right I am told to call back tomorrow, and when advising whoever answered the phone that this would be my last order to this location he said “that’s fine”. Apparently making an order right for a paying customer is not their priority.

The Scooby snack was amazing. I definitely took a gamble eating it though! Not one employee working with the food was wearing gloves! And customer service was less than satisfactory. The lady working the register looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere else in the world, besides there.

Was told that delivery would take over an hour and it was only 40 minutes that we had to wait so that was wonderful to see him arrive 20 minutes sooner than expected. Food was delicious as always. Thank you for delivering our order faster than expected and tasty as ever.
