Very disappointed in the female manager. She’s very unprofessional and I’ve noticed her treating staff very unkind and is very disrespectful to them. Sad to see a manager setting an example to young kids this way.

Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac. (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself) They were helpful and honest. When I got there to order the staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they’d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for an allergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I’ve been to mikes in nj and their gluten free wasn’t fresh probably bc it doesn’t get ordered often) and I felt listened to and served well as a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location. Great job, all! Thank you 🙂
