Ordered curbside they came out in a timely matter to bring me my sandwiches. The only thing about the sandwiches is you get one slice of meat to a big slice of bread. I had forgot why I stopped coming here. You are better off going to fire house subs if you want a nice amount of meat with your bread ratio. On one sandwich I was missing some items. On the other one it had a banana pepper stem in it. I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere settings since I didn’t go in. I ordered 2 of the same byo turkey sandwich.

I am truly dissappointed in this sandwhich chain. The ONE thing that set them apart and gave them their unique branding, was the BROWN PAPER BAG. It’s what made kids (and their wallet heavy parents) CHOOSE this chain for a meal, cause of the brown paper bag (see pic attached)! Corporate has completely done away with that now and force their customers to use a touch screen to order a sub. There is officially nothing special about this sandwhich shop anymore. The emotionless expression on my 10yr olds face says it all!!! Five years of her smiling to come here and grab a brown paper bag, gone …just like that. It’s completely a bland experience at Which Wich, now. Off to Potbelly’s or Firehouse Subs, we go now!!

The customer service is absolutely awful. Ordered on the app to wait OVER an hour just for our subs to be wrong and cold. Ask the guy if they even got our order (after we checked in and them our names and waited) for them to turn around and it was ready for over 20 mins. Cold as ice and the manager Luke wouldn’t give us any type of refund or compensation. There are about 2/3 other families in here with the exact same issue. They have waited over 40 plus minutes with their subs being completely incorrect. The women who is working tonight 9/3 is the only one who was trying to help. Completely disrespectful with the way the manager handled this. Had to talk to him through the employees phone since he kept telling him no on any type of refund. Take this off your menu if you aren’t going to comply.

I was in the dine area with my family enjoying some ice cream. When this employee arrives in a bad mood and start getting into with another employee. So I kept watching this employee. I finally had enough of this behavior so I called another employee over, ask him who’s this guy. I told him you don’t have to answer but is he the owners son, The employee said yes. I hope that the owner reads this and address this issue because I was disgusted with the language he was using in front of my family not acceptable.

Stopped for Paciugo Gelato, and this is 2nd time we have been sort of disappointed in the gelato. But it is cold and creamy, and if you’ve never had true Italian gelato, this is fine.

Ordered the cheesesteak, not the best sandwich. First time I have ordered the fries, really good fries. The tables were mostly dirty and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The restaurant has gone down hill slightly.

The sandwiches were very good, but the customer service mediocre. It took awhile for our sandwiches even tho they were not busy. My grandson ordered fries w his but we were almost finished with our sandwiches by the time he got his fries. I saw a sign by the register offering a free sample of their expresso. I asked for one, was told yes, but never got it. Not worth my time in the future.
