I had gotten the sandwich earlier today to take one bite to find a long black hair in it. To whoever had made the food at this location today must have not had their hair in a ponytail or was not wearing a hairnet if you require that, I’m very disappointed that I could not eat this sandwich due to the fact that I found a lot hair from someone’s head, hopefully. This is literally ridiculous you need to make sure your employees are wearing their hair up or hat or hair net or whatever you require so people don’t have to eat hair. I do not think I would be returning to this location. Also I have three images attached for you to see that there is definitely a hair in the sandwich. It is a very long hair and I am disgusted. I really want to call the health department on this location to the fact that you cannot maintain cleanliness within food.

We had a really wonderful experience today. Our daughter attends the local elementary school and earned a coupon for a free donut for good behavior. When we came in Eric helped us and made it a really fun and special event for our family. Thank you Eric for being awesome our kids had so much fun.

Love stopping since we don’t have a DD close. Spend $20+ usually… stopped the other day. I ordered 10 jelly munchkins my favs. When I looked in the box, guess what? No munchkins… 2 big donuts. Not what I ordered, called and left a nice message to please get back to me… two days later and still no contact. Very disappointed, not a huge deal but think there should be some compensation for an incorrect order.

I have been to different DD locations and there was never an issue.. this specific location is horrible and I will not be returning. I placed an app order for over $50 of breakfast food, donuts, drinks, muffins and sides. I went through the drive thru pick up and pulled around. The kid at the window hands me the drink which was made incorrectly, and two bags and then just looks at me. I said I had a big order this can’t be all of it and I also ordered a dozen donuts. So then he gives me the box of donuts but I don’t trust all of my items had been given to me, so I pulled around and parked. I open the bags and find 2 muffins, a fritter and a coffee roll. How do you manage to forget 2 orders of stuffed bagels, a breakfast wrap, a toasted egg bacon and cheese sandwich, a side of bacon and a stuffed chicken croissant?? So I go inside and tell the kid at the counter over half my order is missing and he’s like “oh sorry I will go make it now”. So after waiting another 10 min or so I get my order. They didn’t even have the stuffed chicken croissant, he said it was seasonal and they don’t have it anymore and I’m like then why is it on the ordering app? So he gave me a substitution. So it gets worse believe it or not… the stuffed bagels were stale and nasty, the donuts tasted stale and old, the wrap was tiny and flavorless, the muffins were not warmed like I asked for, the toasted breakfast sandwich was greasy and the bread was barely toasted. The only thing that I got and actually tasted good was the side of bacon. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. What is wrong with society now a days where people just hire people for a warm body to stand around. What happend to that thing called “work ethic”?? “SHAME”!!!!!

The store was nice and clean. When we went to pick up our mobile order my son noticed they had the donut he wanted but the app had said they didn’t. The nice man behind the counter didn’t hesitate to get him the donut! He made my sons day! Would recommend this stop!

The gentleman that opened the store this morning was very kind, and generous. The coffee was delicious, and so was the bacon avocado toast. Kindness goes far in today’s world. I hope more people like him work there, because business would be great all the time.

Very disappointing experience. Tried to order 12 hours in advance on the app and the order wouldn’t go through. Placed the order a few hours in advance. It was all set, but minutes before pick up it was cancelled. Placed the order again to receive the wrong donuts. One dozen of my donuts order did not match what I ordered. In the 2nd dozen sprinkle donuts had halloween sprinkles in November. They looked terrible, not appetizing. After expressing my frustration the District Manager sent a very unprofessional email. It actually looked like a phishing email. He offered a dozen donuts on my next visit for the “inconvenience”, but did not provide a coupon or a means to redeem. It was a generic response, nothing specific about my experience. Bad service on top of bad service. If this is how leadership represents, it explains the issues in the store.
