Just ordered two of the 4 piece supreme chicken tender meal. When we got home and opened our food my boyfriend only had 3 tenders in his box and I only had 2. We’re supposed to get what we paid for and didn’t.

Man I’m sorry but I just got to do a little rant right now. I just went to Bojangles for the last time ever! I’m the most considerate kind polite person you would ever meet. I work with public and I run a register so I get So I give my order they forget to ask me my side, and I forgot to tell them. I get up to the window and I say oh I’m sorry I forgot to tell you my side, and they said well we had fries, which I hadn’t said believe me. But I said that’s fine, and Ilet it go. Then I go to get my card back and I take the card and the receipt to put in my purse and the lady said you just snatched that out of my hand ,and she’s like all mad at me, and I’m like excuse me? She goes that was just rude and I go on and I’m trying to say I’m sorry I didn’t realize I did, I didn’t mean to, and then they start going back over the whole side thing issue after I already told them it was fine, what did you want, I said it was fine just get past this, and then they just all came to the window like four women, couple of them look kind of embarrassed and sad themself ,but the one that started the whole thing she was just not going to back down, and finally she says well I’m a nice person, I said so am I so why are we doing this? And then she says cuz you snatched the card out of my hand! I’m still shaking all over, that is just absolutely unacceptable to be verbally attacked like that for absolutely nothing.

First off the food they serve wasn’t even hot, it was more on the lightly warm scale. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Rice was mix with bottom of the pan which taste funny. I don’t understand how can serve someone something that you wouldn’t eat yourself if it was you ordering it.

Ordered a country ham and egg combo the cashier took a ham biscuit that had been sitting with all the other pre-made biscuits. U called him out on it he said oh the biscuit not hard. Needless to say out of going to different bojangles through the years it was the worst. Only reason I didn’t take it back was we were on the way to a dr appt in mt pleasant.

Avoid at all cost, the food I just ordered and received was horrible. Undercooked chicken, half a biscuit, gave me cold fries I didn’t even order and charged me for a drink I didn’t even order!

Very disappointed with the fact that this Bojangles is not performing quality checks regularly. If they were, they would’ve known that they gave me this coleslaw over 9 hours past the time that it was supposed to be discarded , per the sticker on the top of the coleslaw. I’m leaving a review here because there is no contact email on the receipt. Please do better, Bojangles Georgetown.
