Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay FAR AWAY!!!! Takes forever to get food even if you order in app and they’ll try to charge you again even though you paid on app. They also get your order wrong even though it’s literally laid out for them step by step. It’s people like these workers and this location is why fast food work isn’t taken serious at all, especially when people are asking for $15+ and hour! I spent well over $40 on my trip here for some nasty food I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! Hope this location shuts down ASAP! They are not worthy of your hard earned money.

A little disappointed they’re supposed to open at 10 but the lobby is never open. Can somebody please follow up with the store and find out why the lobby is always closed when they’re supposed to be open and the doors of this facility are always broken Food is good enough definitely better than Taco Bell but there is no consistency. I’ve gotten the tostada about five or six times from this particular store. Every time I get it has tomatoes doesn’t have tomatoes has sour cream doesn’t have sour cream has a red sauce doesn’t have a red sauce too many beans, no meat unless I ask, more money of course. It’s definitely better than Taco Bell. Cheese is super fresh. That is my favorite about the store, hands-down and that would is the only reason why I didn’t give it a one star like I said better than Taco Bell, but they got to do better. Staff matters pay better and demand better customer service out of your employees they are a direct reflection of your organization. PS please look into why the food is always cold. I don’t recollect ever having hot meat or hot anything really the beans or lukewarm the meat is lukewarm and that’s barely warm. Can we look into turning up the temperatures? Maybe cooking smaller portions so you have to cook more often to keep them warm? trying to give you solutions here.

The young man working the drive thru was very helpful and upbeat. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because I used to go there all the time, and they always gave me the order wrong. I’d order something without a topping and it’ll get the topping every time. This is the first experience I’ve had where they got the order right. If they can get the order right on the next trip, I’ll update the review.

Yo management listen up, there’s no reason why you have 1 person running the whole place at 9:30pm. By technicality you had 2 employees in the store, but only 1 to take orders and make the food. The other was sooo slow at cleaning the place they couldn’t help. Surprisingly I got out within 15 minutes even with cars in front of me and behind me.

I gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Lived on the west coast for 21+ years and probably went to Del Taco over a couple hundred times. My kids grew up on Taco TUE/THU! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The drive thru agent was rude and literally speechless. When getting to the window, she did not say one word when taking my payment, giving me my food, and giving me the wrong sauce. I asked for mild, put in on my cold taco and burned my mouth. I gave her my card and said thank you when getting it back. I took my bag of food from her and said thank you when given to me. I asked her for mild sauce and was basically dropped hot sauce into my hand and with all these interactions, not.one.word. said!! The food…cold. I think the cook thought they were supposed to be redried beans instead of refried beans, dry and hard. It was horrible and never again.

Horrible drive-thru, tried going through it since the inside is closed by 8-9 pm. Sat in line for over 20 minutes just to place an order, and whoever tried taking our order clearly didn’t know how to do their job. They were also trying to take our order and serve the people at the window, which doesn’t work. Had we waited to actually get our food, it probably would’ve been 40+ minutes easily. The inside, when it is open, is okay but that always depends on who’s working.
