environment definitely isn’t the best my food was messed up and went in side to get it resolved and informed the the manager on duty that the cheese was missing and there was a 1/4 piece of bacon and showed her the sandwich and receipt. Asked if they could give me the cheese and a piece of bacon so I could put it in my sandwich and be on my way but when she goes to ask the guy in the kitchen “Riley” ”I assume that’s how you spell his name” to get the missed condiments he yells out it’s on there I put them on the sandwich they are lying about it not being on the sandwich the manager tells “Riley” to just get the stuff and he continues to insist I was lying about the condiments not being on my sandwich at this point it’s just irritating because it’s not that hard to just get a piece of cheese and bacon but “Riley” said “oh I don’t care I’m just doing to it piss the customer off it’s funny to me” and at this point its Not about the damn cheese “Riley” was just trying to cause problems so needless to say I would highly not recommend this location

I only go to McDonald’s when my father-in-law wants a Big Mac and fries. This location is better than most regarding freshness, but waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. They did apologize for the wait when they gave me my order, but still a long time. Also the Big Mac looked a lot smaller than it used to be and the price keeps going up. $10 for a Big Mac and medium fry.

I want to start by saying thank you to the manager and person that cleaned the table at this McDonalds. I left my purse at this McDonalds and live 4 hours away. I called and the manager was helpful and very polite. The person that cleaned the table had noticed my purse right away and gave it to the manager. When I called they checked to make sure that it was mine and asked if I would like to pick it up or they could mail it. I informed them of what I would do and she made sure that the other managers knew about it. I can not thank these people enough for being so helpful and making sure that my property was safe.

I miss mcdonalds when it had friendly smiles and staff but now it just over worked staff rushing to get the next order out trying to knock the line of cars out cus they need a break cus they been going ham.for hours. I totally get it just wish we would slow down and pay more attention on serving the customer that’s infront of you making sure all their needs and wants satisfied before the next customer. Food often in all locations from McDonald’s is now cold when finally get it and gross like they changed their ingredients in their product I don’t know I know I’m not eating mcdonalds again that’s for sure. Good luck guys wish there was a way we could rewind the times and bring back mcdonalds I sure do miss it

The current manager blows!! Astronomically rude!! Went through the drive thru and was told to pay at 1st window, slowly pulled up, nobody standing there so I creep to window 2, there the I believe is some sort of authority (I am old enogh to be her mother!!)came to the window and told me to stay at the window next time!
