Ordered doordash from them last night they messed up both simple af subs. They definitely have the stupidest people working here on the planet. Do not go to this subway if you want anything good. It was so gross and i was looking forward to it after a long week at work in the medical field only to be disappointed with the sad sub i got not even close to what i ordered and came with ingredients i cant eat.

Subway was exceptionally clean and well staffed. A mask is required to enter and place your order. You may also submit your order online for no contact. If you should dine in, which is allowed and request a refill on soft drinks, the staff will supply you with an additional new cup. The subs were very fresh and delicious. Will definitely visit here again.

The two ladies behind the counter were very helpful and got our food out to us quickly and correctly. You always gotta get that raspberry cheesecake cookie! Overall great subway, never had a problem here.

I work near this Subway and have been there many times. On the plus side, the inside of the restaurant is big and usually clean. On the downside, the employees are often slow and sometimes rude. There is much turnover in the staff; it seems like no one likes working there. What kills me is that often the restaurant will be staffed with ONE employee. That’s fine if there is only one customer. But if customers start rolling in the line gets very slow. I’ve waited in line more than 20 minutes, no joke, for my sandwich. It’s as if the owner is spending as little money as possible to keep profit margins high, despite the fact that customer experience is negatively affected. Overall: sub-par Subway but not some place you want to avoid at all costs.

One of the better Subways that I visited and I have visited over 50. My only complaint is it is on a main drag where cars are averaging 30 plus miles an hour and they have the smallest sign ever so I almost blew right by it. I think their business would benefit from a much larger sign.

Sub isn’t high quality. Pretty basic. If you want a better sub try one of the others in TC. The team member was nice. I would hire her if she was looking for a job.

Nice interior, bathrooms clean, food ok. Personnel, particularly the manager was very rude. So much for leading by example. The trainee she was working with was nice, but slow(sort of to be expected of someone new so I don’t blame the trainees). What I did mind was the way the manager told the trainee he had to use a measuring cup while making my slider and put a pitiful amount of meat on my sandwich. Amount of meat was nowhere near as much as the photo on the ad had on it. Almost as if they were using the wrong measuring cup. I talked to the manager about it and she was quite rude and tried to excuse herself because she was covering for shifts of workers that she was down. That was unprofessional.
