The meats (and I think also the cheese?) are sliced only after you place your order. The staff is super friendly and fast which is really great since they’re only open a few hours a day (lunch only). I always go to Subwiches over Subway/Quiznos/etc. They have a few tables both inside and outside. It’s a great local food shop. Love this place!

A quaint little traditional Cuban sandwich shop with lunch options and cafe con leche. Ordered a Cuban, loved the roast pork on it and the bread was fresh! Prices are affordable and the atmosphere is quiet. It’s mostly a spot for locals in the industrial park. The staff were all Latinos, which made me feel very comfortable about the food. 🙂 I’d bring my out of town friends if they want an authentic sandwich.
