This review is about a wonderful lady named Cheri. My wife and I live right down the street so we swing by this jack in the box often. We’ve had the pleasure of being served by Cheri only a couple of times, but she made both experiences memorable. This might have something to do with the fact that I don’t have any living grandmothers anymore. But, Cheri makes the whole experience feel like swinging by Grandma’s house for a quick bite. She’s so kind, and seems like she genuinely cares about me and my day. It’s a nostalgic old-school kind of diner experience that she brings to the drive through window and its absolutely timeless. I would come here just to have her serve me food, even if I wasn’t in the mood for what’s being served.

I visited my old neighborhood today and decided to drive thru this location I visited many years before. My experience was they gave me the wrong drink (diet) and I walked in the store and was told to remove the drink off the counter myself and throw it away and when I questioned “why”? things got intense. The girl demanded I pick it up off the counter and throw it away before she would provide me a new cup. I walked around looking for the can and tossed it in the trash. She took the cup she was going to give to me and put it back and demanded that I leave. I left. I have 105 (5 star reviews) for my company and that is because I care about my customers and their experience and I apologize when I get it wrong…this was not the case and I was denied a drink or my money back. She just kept saying to GET OUT. I will never forget my good times years ago at this location while raising my kids But that all ended today.
