I am not one to complain or write poor reviews, but I have tried this place twice and both times have had a very awful experience. I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait a super long time due to only having a thirty minute lunch break. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm. I arrived at 4:00pm just give them a five minute buffer in case they were running behind. When I got there it was busy. I was very understanding since I was an assistant manager at Jersey Mike’s for two and a half years and have been through the fast pace environment the food industry often comes with. I went to the online order pickup zone and nobody even acknowledged me. I spoke up and asked if they had my order. Nobody answered me. I stood back for about five more minutes and then asked if my order was being worked on. I get no response. Since I was not getting any help where I was supposed to pick up my order, I then sat in line for a good fifteen minutes to get to the front and ask for my order. He then gets my order which had been done the whole time and sitting on a counter. The man at the register was very nice and handed the order to me. I walk back to work (about a two minute walk) and when I go to take a bite everything is bone cold. It had been sitting there for so long it was not even warm. I couldn’t even eat my lunch. The same thing happened the first time I tried this place and today I decided to give it another chance. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I ordered ahead of time. This was very disappointing and I will not be back. I understand being busy and I understand the rush that a fast food joint is put through, but neglecting a customer? I did not pay for that type of service and I won’t be paying for that type of service in the future. I will find another place to eat next time.

Great classic Philly. I got it with all the recommended toppings. mozzarella sticks are really good. I almost skipped the drink in order to get Boba tea from the adjacent vendor and I am so glad I tried the strawberry lemonade. It was amazing.

Absolutely horrible, there will probably be an owner who replies that wants to make it right. I don’t think anything could make right the fact that even when they are slow – it takes forever, the food was horrible (soggy) and cannot even understand how to evenly spread sauce across the bread. Every time i pass by (i work in the mall) i’m disgusted thinking about the buffalo chicken i ordered.

We waited in a long line to order vegetarian sandwiches (cheesesteaks minus the meat). When we got to the front, they said the button to order that item was removed from their register. So, we weren’t allowed to order that item. Ridiculous!! Never heard of such a dumb answer, when you have all the supplies to make the item your store store specializes in (minus the meat) and then you can’t figure out how to ring up something else and get the price to be about right, but instead turn paying customers away.
